However, the placement of some of the controls is problematic. The mute button is in a location where it's difficult to put it in your ear w/o muting the device unintentionally... Otherwise, I really like it!

This is by far the best unit in its price range, an out forms for noise reduction background and clarity some of the more expensive models I have owned. Immediately the six hour back to life can be a little frustrating sometimes but it charges fully within 2 hours. I'm about to go and purchase a second one as a backup but my first unit I have used on a daily basis for over 18 months with no issues. Highly recommended from somebody who uses this at least 5 hours every week day.

Good overall functionality. Does everything I need it too! Would definitely recommend it to others!

About halfway through the day, I switch over to my wired headset because my ear hurts (even with the rubber pad). I like the ability to walk and talk during meetings, though. I wish there was a way to adjust volume from the earpiece itself, but there's not. Charges up quickly. Once connected to one device via bluetooth, it will automatically connect to it when powered up. Connecting to another device requires a "reset" of the earpiece to make it forget the other device.

The earpiece does not hurt the inside of your ear. Sits comfortably on the ear without falling off. The app for this bluetooth is very helpful.

The attachments you put over the ear are to big for my ears. Even the smallest falls off. The ear gels or ear plugs (not sure what you call them) again need additional sizes. Both sizes are to tight. I use it with one of the ear plugs but the inside of my ear is very sore. Now, as far as performance people do not know I am using a in ear blue tooth and the sound is great. Every so often I get a echo. Oh, one other thing I do not know why but one minute I can listen to my music and then the volume turns itself down.

The non adjustable height made this difficult. Otherwise calls are clearer even in the semi the background noise is low. It’s quieter than I’d like though

The only issue I have is the time it takes for me to pop it into my ear. Maybe my ears have odd contours? The ear headset does stay secure after some adjustment.

So if you’re hands free and need to adjust it’s a no go. Overall happy with unit.
