I took a date to this movie and had fun even though I wasn't watching the movie the whole time ha ha!

Shadow Recruit is a modern day reboot of the Jack Ryan stories which are based on Tom Clancy's books.

Worth watching, especially if you liked previous Tom Clancy movies with the Jack Ryan character.

Fun movie and definitely worth the price I paid for it. Looking forward to a sequel with Chris Pine.

I saw this movie in the theater and wanted it in my collection. The plot is heavy, but they spoon feed it to you so it is easy to follow.

Instead of the mindless action thriller I was expecting it was well paced and thought provoking

Jack Ryan is a great actor and every since I saw him in the Star trek movies I have been purchasing all the movies I have seen him in.

This movie was pretty decent as far as action movies go but I couldn't help compare it to others I've seen recently and this is midtier

I like the Jack Ryan movies a lot, all the older ones are pretty good, even Sum of All Fears isn't bad. This however, wasn't what I'd hoped. Pine was pretty good and a convincing Jack Ryan but the plot just kind of stunk and wasn't the greatest. I'd give this franchise another shot with Pine and it could get better but this was just sort of weak.

This movie is real good movie. has some good action mixed with comedy. Chris Pine is a good actor and has some other great movies.

I was pleasantly surprised on on well this was done. If you thinking it's going to be similar to Harrison Ford's version, it isn't.

Bought this movie for my collection I have started. Great addition to my action library.
