These series of movies have never been masterpieces but the previous formula were wayyy more funnier. I hope this was more of a passion project versus the new direction these movies are headed in. Still had funny parts though

If you are renting, buying or watching "Bad Granpa" then you probably already know that it is not a well thought out drama, romantic comedy or thriller with heavy plot twists. It is a delightful comedy full of the childish humor that makes us still giggle in our 30's. The fact that the real life people were not told it was a movie until AFTER the scenes were shot makes the reactions that much more priceless.

I heard this was a good movie and really funny. I didn't know what to expect from all the different comments I had heard. There are funny scenes in it but it also have a few nude scenes of the old man that I didn't care to see. I got a good deal on the movie, if it wasn't for that I would have to see it on Netflix or something. I would only recommend it to the people I know like movies like this one.

This is by far not the most funniest comedy I have ever seen. But it does have some very hysterical moments. What also makes this movie unique (and a positive attribute) amongst the other jack*** productions is that this has a storyline. Yes, The storyline is simple and easy to follow, but it's nice to see a somewhat realistic storyline unfold on the big screen from jack*** productions.

Bad Grandpa is a great addition to the Jack%$# series of films. It breaks off on the tangent of a celebrated character from the TV show and films. However the sketch comedy would have been better without the plot built into the film. The climactic scene of the grandson entering a beauty pageant will live on in Jack&$@ history as one of the best sketches ever.

Johnny Knoxville is quite convincing as a bad grandpa. It is nice to have silly pranks throughout the movie that had a simple plot of a roadtrip taken by a grandpa and his grandson. The cinematography was unique, being a mix of hidden cameras yet professional directing as well. Overall great movie, hilarious with a touch of serious.

Oscar nominated for makeup and greatly deserved. Johnny Knoxville goes unrecognizable as an 86 year old man pranking random people and hitting on women with the help of his grandson Billy. Very well acted by Knoxville and Jackson Nicoll is fearless as his unrelenting grandson. Irving and Billy are a comedy duo I'd love to see again. Rooting for them at the Oscars tonight because wouldn't it be great to hear "Oscar winning film" Jacka** presents Bad Grandpa.

The Jacka** guys are at it yet again! I love all things Knoxville have been watching him since his "big brother Mag/video' days! his bad grandpa character is one of my favorites! this movie will be sure to make you laugh and then laugh some more!..so sit back and enjoy! Maybe invite grandma over too!

Ok, so here I was expecting to see a lot of the normal moments because, well its Johnny Knoxville's crew... Unfortunately it was nothing of the sort. I give Jonny Knoxville credit for his acting, and the kid was hilarious, but the few real actors in the film were terrible. Basically the few people that actually knew it was a film being made, you could tell they were like really bad x-rated film actors... So, it made staying on plot very tough. There should've been a little more acting, and less stunts, given that this film was supposed to have a story line. It was so hard to follow, due to the constant stunts here and there. It never really made sense except at the end of the movie... The beginning was poor, but the end was well done. The middle was very "ho hum".

This movie was not intended to be a full on story in my opinion, but a prank show with a small story line in the background of the antics. Bad Grandpa had me rolling on the floor at a few scenes. I am not a fan of the Jacka$$ series, but this one is pretty decent.

Very funny concept, great makeup job and very funny setups for the gags. The little boy in it was hilarious and Johnny Knoxville is funny as always. I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to this if it's at all possible to get away with considering the material.

This movie is totally worth purchasing. I haven't laughed this much in awhile. Hopefully they will make a Bad Grandpa II. By far one of the best Johnny Knoxville's movie ever. Especially the strip tease scene. The horror on everyone's face was priceless.

This is supposed to be the unrated version, but I don't see any difference between the rated (theatrical release) and the unrated Blu-ray version. Some of the gags fall flat, while some are rather funny. I would say rent this movie instead of buying it.

If you ever seen any of the jack@ss movies then you know you're in for a good laugh, this movie is no different. I had a lot of laughs but what I didn't like about this movie was the fake story. This should of just been 100% prank movie

In bad grandpa you will find a movie that has some heart warming moments... But who cares about that when there is hilarious pranks and unexpected shenanigans. Overall I would say this movie is very funny and I enjoyed it.

I would highly recommend for a good laugh. however the picture quality was not as expected. Interesting how the film was made using real live audience. It's a surprise how everything falls in place to create this film.

I think they took a great premise and turned it into a hilarious film. Some of the set ups and conceits were so funny, I had tears running down my face. The acting was truly terrific...and the make-up was brilliant.

I had enjoyed Jackazz stuff since the beginning. It is a type of humor I enjoy watching and something even being part of it. I gave this as a gift to a friend and he had a blast. I recommended.

I bought it on blu ray because I like the jack*ss movies and wanted to add it to my collection, it was basically like a jack*ss movie with an actual story line, more for humor if you just want to laugh out loud

Thank god, I didn't waste money in theaters. This is the greatest thing to wait for on DVD. They have out takes on the blu-ray not the DVD. The boy is the only thing that was funny and kept the movie going.
