This is one of several Jam speakers in our household. They can't be beat for ease of use and great sound.

It's a good little speaker that's convenient for travel or small apartment use. The charge could last longer in my opinion but if you're only listening to music in short bursts (like making breakfast or washing the dishes) then it's fine. It probably wouldn't fill up a large space in a house but I like the sound quality in my apartment.

It is nice and loud. it connects to the bluetooth easily and stays connected. The range is nice too.

I would love to give this speaker five stars, especially since it was not expensive and has a great sound for the cost - but I purchased this speaker for my desk at work and it makes a very loud random noise whenever it syncs and unsyncs with my iPhone, which catches me and my coworkers off guard (every time). Also, it randomly loses connectivity - it's still fairly new so I'm not sure why that's happening. I ended up storing it in case I want to give it another go in the future but for now I just use the built in speaker on my iPhone because it doesn't behave unexpectedly - which is good for a work environment. Probably a great little speaker for at home or a kids dorm.
