Do Not Buy

There's this constant static/crackling sound & everything sounds tinny. I bought it specifically to use for audio conferencing, but the other people on the call could barely hear me. I tried it with multiple devices: 1 computer & 2 phones with consistent results. I emailed the manufacturer asking if there was something I could do to improve it, & they told me no & to just return it. Unfortunately, Best Buy has a really short return window, so now I'm stuck with it.

Nothing but trouble, opted for another brand

I was sadly disappointed but in true best buy fashion, they refunded my purchase so i could move on with another brand speaker that worked well. Thanks to best buy for always having my back.
