Only complaint are the buttons to small and one on my pair the button is stuck

Bought these for my 11 yr old daughter because I got tired of hearing her ASMR or whatever it’s called. Anyway, she likes the headphones, so that’s good!

I bought these for the prize thinking they were not going to work out but I was wrong. This headphones are great for gifts or for a child specifically for their remote learning and easy to set up.

I have had this wireless headphone for less than a month and still can’t get it to charge properly and turn on. I’ve tried different chargers compatible with this product but nothing works. It’s rare that it flashes light red, green, and blue lights. I spent so much time charging it for it not to work. Obviously mines is defective or it’s simply just poor quality. I’m too busy to resolve this matter with Best Buy and misplaced the packaging. However, I’m not at a total loss. It has a 1-year warranty but I’m too impatient to contact them and deal with this matter. Overall dissatisfied.

It worked okay ... sound a bit muffled but good for what I wanted it for ... wearing while I'm working out, using my iPhone to play podcasts and tunes. But then, right about the time warranty was up, it just wouldn't pair with my iPhone any longer. My iPhone still pairs with other Bluetooth devices, just not this one any longer. I tried starting over, recharging, everything. Nope. Zero ... which is the number of stars I would LIKE to give.

Excellent sound and battery life. this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone that is active in outdoor sports or other activities.

I would not recommend this product, and a little bit disappointed. I got this headphone around 7:30 PM. I didn't check the package carefully, but I realized the box has been open when I go home. I thought maybe it's ok to use it. however, I finally found that's a real trash headphone. 1, the Bluetooth doesn't work well, sometimes it can not connect; 2, the buttery get full charged in ten mins, but I can use only 1 or 2 hrs.

I wouldn't reccomend if you love bass. The sound quality isn't the best.

I use these headphones for cycling and they are awesome! Comfortable and stay in, even with a strong headwind.
