Not a good product - could not get them to turn on or pair with my phone.

Not happy wit it, sound keep fade away. If you use it as headset person that you talk with is bearly to hear you

I was disappointed because the fit was horrible. Even my husband didn't like them.

Not anything special. Sometimes the sound quality is poor. Other times It's ok.

I bought two pairs for my children for Christmas. One I returned and didn’t use the other my daughter packed up and took home in Florida she didn’t use either but when I was getting ready to return them I opened them to check that everything was in place. The container was empty. I payed $100 for an empty box. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

Not good for an all day driver. Line drops falls out

One bud doesn't work after 3 months. Best Buy Makes you go to the manufacturer.

Get a more expense pair, these don't work well, it is no sale if they don't work well.

I bought these without reading any review. I wish i would have done so. Because now i will be returning these for the fact that the only controls on the buds themselves just answer calls and pauses your music. even though they are true wireless you still have to carry your phone around in order to turn the volume up or down.

After three months of use it just started acting up I regret this purchase

Didn’t fit ears very well thus difficult to determine if sound was any good

I ended up returning these and getting a different set of wireless ear buds. The first pair of these I had wouldn’t sync to each other so both wouldn’t be paired with my phone. So I did an even exchange for another set. Then the mic on the 2nd set was horrible. So I returned these and got the $80 Ankor earbuds.

Loved these until I charged the box then the right one started acting up, cutting in and out and sounded horrible so I returned them for an exchange and the 2nd pair did the same thing as the first so I ended up with NO ear buds and my money back!

Does not hold well in ear. Feels like a hearing aid.

The left earbud went out and had to return them for a different brand

I purchased these thinking they would be a great alternative to airpods to use with my Essential Phone, but I was gravely mistaken. They have a 'feature' where the audio fades in and out, but it causes extreme lag between the audio in videos and the buds themselves. Save your time and money, don't buy these.

Hard to sync them and hurts my ears. I wish I would of got something else.

The headphones would not sync together. We needed to exchange them

I bought these in hope that I could workout, talk, and listen to music while I worked. They didnt last an hour before they started having issues. I got them connected once and then after that. They would not connect anymore. I took them back and returned them as soon as I could.
