    Loved them at first

Loved these for about a year. They stayed in my ears well, even while doing jumping jacks at the gym. The sound quality is great. But after about a year they only last about 2 hours and both of the speakers will not sync at the same time. For the price though, I cant complain too much!

I bougth these a week ago and I'm satisfied with them, they sound really good, battery life last, they charge really quick and they weren't too expensive. Exactly what I was looking for. The only problems I have had with them is that the right earbud doesn't stay fit in my ear, I have to manouver my ear so it snuggles in and start hearing it perfect otherwise I can hear outside noise from the right. Another thing I have had trouble with is the bluetooth pairing, sometimes I have a lot of trouble for them to pair with a device that I have already connected with, I turn off the device multiple times, then the earbuds, then I turn on the earbuds first then the device I sometimes I finally connect them, but it takes a while sometimes. Other than those 2 problems, they are great for what I spent and needed them for.

The ear buds didn’t fit in my ear well enough, kept falling out. However, the sound quality is great. The buds have a whispering voice that tells me to do things (start fires, usually). They also tell me when to take a bath, shave, etc., even when they are not in. However, I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Great bass, you would think the earbuds would fall off but they do they stay intact. I recommend you try different ear tips if they do start falling off during workouts.

This is my first pair of truly wireless headphones. After reading the online reviews, I bought them to use with my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier smartwatch. They were easy to pair, fit securely in my ears, and the sound quality is great. Phone calls were also crisp and clear on both ends. If you're looking for truly wireless in-ear headphones at a competitive price point, then I would definitely recommend the JAM - Transit Ultra Wireless In-Ear Headphones.

    Worth the Money By Far

I have been using JAM blue tooth products for years; I own a pair of their blue tooth mini-stereo-speakers and they are great so investing in these earbuds at this great price was a no-brainer. You could spend a lot of money on Bose and the others but the JAM pair will give you the same sound for much less. After charging, my product connected to my Iphone without any problems and now I'm listening to my favorite tunes at the YMCA while I lift weights. If you are in to saving money but want quality, buy these.

Okay, so the first thing that I need to mention is that I tend to purchase audio products rather often and purchase for all catagories, wired, wireless, true wireless and so on. Out of all of them, these have been the worst. I have no clue how JAM managed to screw these up so much to the point where I was convinced that the first pair I bought were defective, but no. The second pair I bought had the SAME EXACT ISSUES that I will talk about in a bit. Issue 1: Both buds are symmetrical. Now this wouldn't be too big of an issue if their design allowed a proper fit into your ear, but the problem being that because of their design, they will ALWAYS be uncomfortable because any or all of the plastic will be pressing up against the flesh of your ear which will cause ear fatigue very quickly, so minus points for that Issue 2: The connection. Usually this is the most important part of a true wireless headset, where the connection between the two earbuds and the source device must work effectively in order to provide the truly wireless experience.. Well, they managed to screw that up as much as the design of the earbuds. Somehow, they managed to put in Bluetooth radios that so incredibly bad, that they disconnect from the audio source every 10 minutes. I was working while attempting to listen to my music and podcasts, and every time they disconnected, I had to go to my Bluetooth settings of my phone, turn it off and on, then they would reconnect.. But I had to do that every 10 minutes. It didn't matter if I had it in my right pocket, left pocket or in a chest pocket.. I'm sure that if I duct taped it to my forehead it still would not have held a stable connection. And yes, this happened to BOTH of the earbud sets I purchased, exchanged and promptly returned, so it is NOT a defect, unless of course JAM Audio just happened to supply Best Buy with a bunch of defective earbuds. Issue 3: Audio quality. I can't comment too much about the audio quality because I simply couldn't listen to them long enough to make a judgement of the quality, but from what I COULD hear, they are bass heavy and muddy up the mids and highs, so think Beats level of audio 'quality' Simply put, no matter how cheap these things get, DO NOT BUY THEM. You will save yourself a lot of heartache and headache. Supposedly JAM Audio plans on launching the 'Life Free' true wireless earbuds in Fall 2019, I certainly hope they FULLY replace the Live True abominations.

So I picked these up last week, and I must say that I'm impressed. Apart from a few issues with them cutting out, I really like them. Audio quality is plenty loud, and I get one of the best fits I've ever gotten from earbuds with these. And then there is the cool factor - these totally wireless earbuds are super futuristic-feeling and I just can't get enough.

Bought these for primarily gym use, so far I am happy with the purchase! The standard tips fit my ear perfectly, otherwise they do come with 3 other pairs. Charging case is a tab bulky, but it does charge the headphones 10 FULL times or a phone once! I would recommend these for people who don't want to deal with the wires of standard headphones and like good sound, but aren't audiophiles.

At first I spoke praise of how good these headphones are, but that is not how the current experience is. First the build quality is not very good on the headphones. Below is a list of the problems. - Fabric on both headphones is coming off - They don't stay in the case well and come off of the charging ports causing them to A. not charge and B. Connect to the phone when I don't want them to. - They don't stay connected to each other. - Pairing them to another device you have to pair them separately and then turn them on at the same time. That's all the problems I've had so far. I will be moving to another brand of Tru Wireless headphones.

    High hopes dashed

My wife bought me these for Christmas. I really wanted to love them, but they have so many issues. First is about half of the time I take them out of the charger they fail to sync with each other and have to keep rebooting them. Second is that the audio keeps dropping and coming back. That seems to happen most when entering crowded areas. Next is that the battery indicates 50% power and dies less than half an hour later, when battery drops suddenly from 50% to 20% , then poof, dead. They also tend to loosen in my ears when eating. Probably because the rubber covers come in three sizes, large, small and smaller. The "medium" is barely any bigger than the small. You really have to jam them in your ears to get decent sound. Soaking of sound quality, it's passable. When on the phone people say I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Overall, very disappointing.

I bought these today and I will be returning these as I am more of an audiophile. I think these are super user-friendly and I like the versatility of the case. However, these have a very distorted, tinny sound in the high and mid range. For the price, these would make a great gift for someone just looking to upgrade to Bluetooth in-ear headphones.

Bought these at Best Buy. Thought they were a heck of a deal Compared to the Apple AirPods, or the JLAB. Went out to my car to try them on, and just after 90 seconds of listening classical, rap, rock ‘n’ roll, and country music. I found that the music quality of these headphones were horrible. So I proceeded to Walk right back into the store and return them. Can’t say much about the battery life or how well the connection is, just was not a fan at all of the music quality.

My apologies. My previous review of this product was for the earbuds I purchased AFTER I returned these. I wouldn't get these because they would NOT stay in my ear at all! And how irritating it was to be in the middle of squats, deadlifts or on the stair master only for them to continue popping out of my ear. I had a fear of them rolling away or weights dropped on them. Definitely returned
