At first, I was thrilled with them. They were my first true wireless earbuds, they sounded good, and they felt good. But, after about a week, they stopped pairing to each other. I could listen out of one or the other but not both. No amount of power cycling or Bluetooth pairing could fix it. I ended up returning them and getting a different brand. Would not recommend.

Held onto these for the 14 day return. Was initially impress, mostly with how good the music sounded. Good bass, etc. I could hear who I was speaking to well enough, but received many complaints of echoing & tunnel sound. I can attest to this myself, noise cancelling must not be on these earbuds, because I could hear every other sound in the background but not the speaker. Returned them, really need them for communication. Your use may vary.

i really really don't enjoy these earbuds. they fall out of my ears even when i'm just standing, the battery life is very short, and it's hard to get them to actually charge in the case. you have to jiggle them around to get it to register that the earbud is in the case.

This is a ZERO star product. It's IMPOSSIBLE to keep the ear buds paired. When you see 3 different ways to pair them on-line with each person saying it worked for them and none of those ways work for me, it tells me this is a highly unreliable product.

These headphones sound pretty decent Unfortunately they didn't last for more than a month Best Buy didn't take my side they came with a manufacturer one year warranty but they would not return them pretty sad for $100 only lasting for 4 weeks overall garbage save your money

Fit and finish is fine and they connect reliably. They're not terribly comfortable and only deliver base when twisted just so and not tucked into the earlobe like one might like. That would be fine at this price, but the audio is infested with a persistent crackle whenever music is playing. It is too loud to ignore and I'd rather listen to an angry baby cry than use these. I tried the standard troubleshooting steps to eliminate the crackle, but nothing helped. I do not know why nobody else reviewing this noticed this distortion. I had to drive across town because no BB in my area had any, so I do not expect to exchange these for a new pair to see if they're just defective. Perhaps they are, so take that into consideration when you read this review. Will return tomorrow and never look back. NOTE: I emailed JAM about this a few minutes ago and just now got the auto reply promising a real reply someday. I'll update this if they have a solution for me.

Connected as a pair they constantly fade in and out to the point they are unusable. Tried connecting as mono and it's the exact same. These will be returned tomorrow

i was looking for headphones i could use one earbud at a time and not spend too much and these work the best !!!

I purchased these today based on the 4 out of 5 star rating. I wanted wireless earbuds that I can wear while working out and mowing grass. I decided to try these out in my car immediately after purchasing them. I'm glad that I did, because they sounded like garbage. The louder the volume, the more distorted the sound. Even at the highest volume, the sound was so weak that I knew it would not drown out the sound of a lawn mower. Also, getting the buds to pair up so you have music coming out of both at the same time was a pain that I was not willing to deal with every time I use them. So I went back into the store and got a refund right away.

These were given to me for Christmas and that was 5 days ago and they no longer pair up. I tried everything from updating the drivers to turning them off and on holding the buttons, but nothing worked! I would disconnect and try to pair them over and over again using Bluetooth on both my phone and laptop -same story .l When I try to use stereo connect the right earbud comes on but the left does not. When I try them with mono connect the left comes on but the right does not. These things have serious tech problems! Now I have to return them to sender and hope I get something else.

DO NOT BUT THESE. These are the most unreliable pieces of crap headphones I've ever used. I've used them with 3 phones, Pixel 2xl, Galaxy s7 and Galaxy s5 and they never connect consistently on any of them. I've found better no name brands on Amazon that work 100%. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

Bought it as a result of very favorable online reviews (i.e. various Youtube channels). Relatively easy setup but the earbuds never paired to one another. Tried resetting a number of times, contacted Jam's tech support - to no avail, they would not pair to one another. Now I have a pair of Jabra Elite Sport and they are absolutely fantastic - double the price of Jam but worth every $.

Now two days in a row ive heard voice coming from 1 of the ear buds that i was not using and had charging in the case. When i pick up said case i can hear someone's laughter and an a someone talking then you can hear the ear bud disconnect. Every unhappy at this time ill let the batteries die and keep them out of the case for now

Didn’t last long. You’re better off spending a couple more dollars on a different brand.

Stay away. Used them 3 times. Left bud crackles and does not keep sound. If I move it around the sound cuts in and out, but will not play. Obviously a loose wire or something. Can’t return as after the 15 days. Have to try manufacture return. Not optimistic as usually get nowhee with manufacture........

Bought these and the frog wireless earbuds they were very tinty sounding. I could not adjust the base and gave both away. I use the level u pro headset for running my races.also I have the Apple looking at purchasing the Apple earbud

Please don't buy these. They will frustrate you beyond belief. Spend the extra money on good tech. These earbuds are garbage.

They don't stay in your ear worst product design ever I don't even know how they sound it's that bad I'd give them negative reviews if I could.

Blutooth is horrible. Connecting the buds is bad. Cuts out alot..Returning them today
