Sounds good, but hard to set up. Instructions hard to understand

This speaker was easy to sync with my computer and picks up the signal anywhere I put it. I have used it up to 20 feet away from my computer with two walls in between! The battery lasts for several hours or more, and it has good sound quality (for the price). I purchased two speakers, so I could pair them as the advertisement suggests. Each worked well separately, but their sound was out of sync and had a lot of static when I paired them together. This is a great budget wireless speaker, but the option to pair two together doesn't work.

Could not get 2 Jams to sync with Bluetooth and no help from JAM.

Didn't pair with other Jam 2 I own. Trying to surround the sound. Wouldn't do it. Returned.

Not so great, not very loud, wont always connect to device.

I went to the Santa Fe, NM store to return they would not exchange it for another one even with the receipt. Had not been 30 days that I purchased it. I bought 2 on the same day one worked one did not. I left it there no exchange no credit no refund. They told me I had to send it back to the Manufacturer to have it fixed.

Very impressive design but not great in sound quality and poor performance.

I spent a lot of time in the Bestbuy store trying to find a good Bluetooth speaker. The sound that the Jam produces is amazing. I listened to the 200 dollar Dre and the 150 dollar JBL charge. I would have to say this one beat the Dre and was close behind the charge. But this thing is about a third of the price. Of course when you buy an extra Jam, to pair as a stereo pair, your price goes up. But you are still paying less and the pair has amazing sound. I found that I actually prefer to use just the single Jam. It does sound really nice paired with another Jam, but I had more pairing issues and it cuts off if one dies. Using a single Jam is really easy and more convenient One thing I did notice, the first time I used it, I tried to see if it really lasted 4 hours. I couldn't get the thing to die. It lasted for about 7-8 hours of play time. This was just the single speaker unpaired.

Nothing special. Basic sound. I would not recommend.

I was looking for a blue tooth speaker under $50 that I could use to listen to music through my phone. This little Jam plus does the job! I purchased the blue one because it was on sale. The sound is clear with a good range of volume, and I like the voice prompts that the speaker is on/off or paired. I also like that it automatically turns off after three minutes of not being used. Also, the charge holds for a good while. I usually recharge it overnight. So far, so good! I would definitely buy it again.

These speakers would intermittently lose connection to the source. I thought it was my wireless network, but then a friend brought over a bose wireless speaker that had no such problem. I will be donating the Jam speakers to a goodwill, do not recommend.

Could not get this to work with my MacBook Pro. Though it did briefly with my colleague's, which tells me that the problem is fixable. But the instructions were barely there. And that's why I rate it poorly. Still haven't resolved it.

This is a great product! I use this speaker almost every day. It is LOUD! When you play songs with a bass boost or low frequencies you can feel vibration from it. Definitely should buy one! You can use this to make calls. I have not tried it. One of my relatives did when they were away from the speaker...so that was a strange call for the people on the other line.

Bought this gadget for my wife cause she wanted something portable that she could connect her android to. Worked fine at first then we could not get this thing to connect Bluetooth again, not her phone or mine. The instructions won't don't say anywhere but for best results, power up jams plus, and make sure your phone or device has Bluetooth turned on. Then if your device doesn't recognize jams plus right away then you must press and hold play/pause button until Bluetooth light blinks rapidly on the jams plus, then your device will recognize it. You might have to scan on your device, but it should work. Had we not figured it out, we were gonna take this thing back. Good thing we figured out how to use it, cause it is a cool little gadget. we plan on buying a 2nd one, I think the next one will be Black or Blue, enough with the pink. LOL!!

This doesn't come with the auxiliary cord, and it doesn't mention that anywhere on the product. It's too complicated to figure out how to use this little device. I don't recommend it.

I need to bring it in for assistance. The sales person indicated it could be used as an extra speaker for a record player. I also bought the cable connections. It does not work.

I bought this speaker to plug into a micro projector. The sound is not great and even at 35.00 on sale it's not worth that either. Returning.

This device is so simple anyone can pair their device to it and be playing music within 2 minutes. It is completely user friendly. It speaks telling you what is happening so you're never in doubt. It also serves as a speakerphone for your cell phone. If a call comes in, your music pauses and you take your call. When the call is complete the speaker resumes your music where it paused. It verbally tells you your battery capacity. It has a light that lets you know whether or not it is charging. The volume and sound quality are perfect for such a small speaker. I use mine in my den/office and in my woodshop.
