Potable Bluetooth Speaker works great easy to install to device great little item yes I would buy again

Bought product as a gift. Pairing with a specific Bluetooth device has been impossible. Attempted to reach HMDX for assistance. Was unable to get through to customer service by phone. Email to customer service email address provided resulted in no response. Product plays good on a device I was able to pair it too, but don't expect any service from HMDX if you have an issue

Great speaker for the price. Has good sound. Love that it's wireless and can be taken anywhere.

I don't understand how this got so many great reviews. I bought two for the office and paired them with each other and with ipad. The music constantly cut out regardless of how far apart they were. The only way the reception stayed consistent clear and with good sound was when it was connected to the computer through an analog wire. I contacted Jam directly for assistance but although they were responsive they could not resolve the issue I was having, so I will be returning. I brought in my Jam Heavy Metal speaker to test the blue tooth connection at the same distance using the same ipad and wireless connection and the sound was great with no cutting out at all.

This speaker is so cool,the sound is crystal clear and its talking to you.

Fits in my car's cupholder and was way cheaper than fixing my radio.

The sound can fill up our great room kitchen/office area quite well.

Bought 2. One paired with great difficulty. The other continues to state that its paired but can't play a sound through it, other than the voice from it that says it is paired. Initially it played youtube, but not I-tunes, but now it won't play anything. Taking back tomorrow.

Great Bluetooth speaker for bathroom while showering!!

I bought this in early June and I by about Mid July the housing where you stick the USB cable in so you can charge it so it will work had just had too much of that cable being pushed in and pulled out and wouldn't hold the USB micro end in place to charge the speaker unless you physically manipulated the cable by hand and held it in a certain place where it would slowly charge. Now it won't even do that but I wasn't gonna sit there and hold it regardless. The sound it produces is ok if you don't care about it sounding good, sound does come out of it if you can charge it. Cheap speaker, good luck if you buy one!

It's a great product if you can get it to connect to your device. I had a hard time connecting to my phone but when it was working really good

I had purchase 2 of these speaker approximately 2 years ago. One speaker broke... I never replaced it until now..I bought the blue one and found that there was a language selector on the bottom (Model 240A) This will not pair with the previous Model 240. Contacted Jam Support and their response was: "Yes, it's a known issue that the 240s and 240As don't pair together. There really isn't anything you can do to make them pair; only two speakers of the same type will pair together. Your options would be to take it back to the store for an exchange to get a different speaker, or if they won't assist you, contact us again with a copy of the receipt and we can help you." Just a Buyer beware. These speakers do rock though!!!! Just giving a 1 due to dissapointment
