I purchased the speaker for my daughter and the sound quality and sound strength were just not good enough for the price.

Loved the speaker so much I went back to Best Buy and purchased another for a friend. He was so pleased he recommend it to several of his friends.

The jam plus sucks at low volume levels, it sounds like you have the radio of the dial a bit there is a lot of white noise and interference big time. I swapped mine out thinking I had initially got a defective one only to come home and find it has the same issue. I also tried this on other devices to rule out its my Samsung Galaxy S3 BT. I bought the replacement in a different city so its unlikely its a bad batch of them, its the unit in general. I'm very disappointed. I think the regular jam is ok but the Jam plus sucks, I cant concentrate on music and im not even a audio junkie. I will say this, at high volume it does sound great, low volume is impossible to listen to IMO.

Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. He really loves it. It's perfect for what he was needing it for.

My wife who is technologically challenged was able to figure this out. It works well and have had no issues.

For the money spent on it, it was good. Package came broken however but it didn't damage the product.

I had purchase 2 of these speaker approximately 2 years ago. One speaker broke... I never replaced it until now..I bought the blue one and found that there was a language selector on the bottom (Model 240A) This will not pair with the previous Model 240. Contacted Jam Support and their response was: "Yes, it's a known issue that the 240s and 240As don't pair together. There really isn't anything you can do to make them pair; only two speakers of the same type will pair together. Your options would be to take it back to the store for an exchange to get a different speaker, or if they won't assist you, contact us again with a copy of the receipt and we can help you." Just a Buyer beware. These speakers do rock though!!!! Just giving a 1 due to dissapointment

It just work once after I charged it before using then I tried connecting again but it didn't work just had it for an hour almost. Then it cannot be discovered by my phone and iPad. It just keeps on blinking a blue slow light which says on the manual that it usually is paired when such light is blinking. But it wasn't connected because it can't be discovered

Regular sound output but good product anyway. Better for being used in small areas.

I have been wanting one of these for a while and was really disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the audio seemed ok, but the volume is not loud enough. I was wanting to use this as an alternative to using my phone's speaker, but the volume doesn't get louder than my phone. I will be returning this product.

Haven't installed it yet so don't know but sales guy said it works great.

I bought it as a gift. Cheap and good quality. My friend is happy with it.

I have now had 4 of these speakers. I only bought one. Two were replaced at Best Buy and then I messaged Jam Audio on their Facebook page. They were great and replaced it even when it was out of warranty. I had it two days and it has quit 4 times after resetting. It is now another paper weight.

Decided to get this last minute. Was a solid choice.

I had a regular Jam Classic for about 3 years. It recently broke, so I decided to get a new speaker to replace it. The sound is no where near the Jam Classic. When you turn it to the max volume, you can't even understand what's being spoken. Definitely returning!

Absolute dog doody with one speaker my iphone 5c has better audio and thats not saying much look at other options if I were you returning mine today

I'm very familiar with Bluetooth technology. I just wish it always worked like it's supposed to. I made sure my Bluetooth technology was enabled on my Galaxy tablet. I also turned on the Jam Plus Wireless Speaker. I tried searching and searching for the Jam Wireless speaker without any luck. I tried resetting power on the speaker and re-searching for any Bluetooth devices and without any luck I became sad. I read the "for Most Bluetooth-Enabled Devices" in the title. I figured since Galaxy tablet has been out for quite sometime and leading competitor with Apple Ipad it would be a no brainer. If you want to use HMDX - Jam Plus Wireless Speaker for your Galaxy tablet don't bother with this one. Still sad. :(

I bought two of these wanting the ability to sync them together. The pink one like this is not the same as the blue one that has the talking capabilities and therefore cannot sync. So frustrated that they aren't compatible.

Not enough power to overcome din in room or road noise. Would have to buy a second one, but rather just have one with better output for price of 2 than carry around two speakers. Returning.
