I had this product for two years and now it is broken. it is not as loud as other Bluetooth speakers, yet not even loud as other JAM Bluetooth speakers I had in the past

Works great the first two months, the Bluetooth don't sync up with my note 8 phone that well. Wont buy another on again.

Got what I paid for, barely louder than my PC speakers. Don't expect high end sound of course, but should've been at least an upgrade...

I gave this speaker as a gift. I never asked the person how good was the product.

I bought this for my kid, tried it in the car before leaving the lot and it was so weak, sound was awful and not loud at all. I put it back in the package and walked it right back in for a refund. Junk !!!!!

I had the jam classic n lost it. Then bought this 1 n was dissapointed. Get the classic instead n cheaper price too

Trash... doesn’t hold a charge after two months. I wish I had gotten the warranty.

Bought this when it went on sale. Didn’t even last me but about 2 months and stopped working.

I was very disappointed that this didn't connect to my phone which is why I bought it.

I was looking for a good bt speaker and then i founded that this one was $20 so i bought it. I love the way it looks, it looks classy in black also the sound quality is very good, its very easy to connect to bt, good volume and it says its splash proof so you better grab it while you can!

Lasted 3 weeks and now won't charge. Buy something else

At first I was skeptical on the Jam Rave Plus but as soon as I connected my music from my smartphone, I was blown away by how great of quality sound this speaker has, I would highly recommend this to anyone and for the price you can't pass it up!

Bought this to pair with Echo dot which is also wired into sound system. First annoying thing; when Alexa responds through it, the first part of her response is always cut off! Second annoying thing; when using Alexa to play multi-room sound, Bluetooth is cut off, fine, exactly what I want, the dot then plays thru the wire into my sound system and to other Echos in the house. Problem is this speaker then decides to turn itself off since it doesn’t have Bluetooth connection so I have to turn it back on and increase the volume every time! Too annoying, I’m throwing this thing in the garbage!!

I purchased this speaker on sale for less than $20.00. I figured it would sound like a $60.00 speaker. Without exaggerating it was horrible, not even close. I'm returning it ASAP.
