The battery life is too short on a charge and the charging cord is too short.

It was a gift no complaints yet I am thinking of buying one for myself

Easy to setup, does what I need it to do. No complaints at this time.

Pretty good sound for such a small speaker. However, small speaker and big sound should have told me something... battery does not last very well. It's a great value if you are ready to keep it plugged in.

I tried for about 20 minutes to get this thing to work with my Samsung Galaxy S4. It took many tries for it to even connect via Bluetooth - I kept getting an "Error Connecting" message. Even then, I could not get anything to come out of the speaker, other than the mechanized voice that says "Charging" or "Ready to Pair". Even after that, it just would not work - despite my having successfully connected that phone to other Bluetooth devices. I tried fiddling with the volume as well as the power button on the bottom of the speaker, to no avail. So, I took it right back into the store and got a refund. Thank goodness for Best Buy's excellent customer service.

Worked well I was very happy with my purchase till the unit no longer would charge It was past the manufacturers warranty so I just tossed in the trash

Not very loud, although it was very reasonably price to get what you pay for. I ended up returning it because it was no louder than my cell phone.

I purchased this for my 13 year old. It constantly says "charging" in the middle of songs playing. Even after fully charged, it still says this. I do not recommend.

Broke 2 weeks after using, would never turn on. Great quality when operable but terrible product in all.

It worked at first from packaging but the next day it just did not want to connect to my Bluetooth. It was fun while it lasted.

The jam speaker is okay for a small room.Not as loud as I expected.

For the price this works great. Easy to use and good battery life. If you have an IPod that doesn't have Bluetooth you need to buy an auxiliary cord that plugs into the IPod headphone jack.

I wanted it so I could use my kindle and hear it over road noise as my friends car is old and does not have Bluetlooth or even audio access. It would not work with my old audio cables, so bought new one, they did not work either.I could not get it to connect by Bluetooth either.

It continously drops the bluetooth connection. I ordered it, and from the first day I had trouble with it connecting to different devices and or holding long enough to play the music. I had to return it.
