Poor Quality Sound

HOwever, the quality of sound is very poor. The ear buds are difficult to adjust. After using them only two times, one ear hook cracked. It was difficult to hear the music from my phone connected through bluetooth because of the buds "slipping out of my ear" and the volume is very limited. Further, this device interfered with my car bluetooth settings. I do not recommend this product.
