cord is not long enough to fit around my neck. I prefer the wired headset

They are not good at all. First it take a while to connect to my s8. Then if someone calls, and music was playing you have to reconect them again to bluetooth to listen to music. Last but not least, the battery life on them are horrible. May be 45 mins per charge for 2 hours or so. Went right back to bby for refund.

Audio quality is ok, not very good so I will give this product rating 2 out of 5.

These are terrible. They do not hold a charge. Battery life is two hours max. You can barely hear the caller when using as hands free. I am sad that I did not return these in time for an exchange for a better product. Do not buy!

These earbuds were hard to pair and connect. They would disconnect about 5 mins after not being used. I am not on my phone all day, so it was very inconvenient when a call would come in and I had to keep reconnecting the earbuds.

Need something to wear while working around house, don't fit very well in ears even with the ear clip, might return constantly falling out

I had a pair of the older jam headphones I loved for over a year. I only replaced them because I stepped on them and broke them. After a week these would not charge at all.

I'm actually glad I purchased an extended warranty, as these lasted less than three months before they quit holding a charge and died all together. Returned for a pair of Beats.

Only thing you do is to have them out in the open and listen to music u can't put ur phone in ur pocket because they lose signal

These earbuds charged one time then I did not use them when i charged a second time or will not hold a charge and runs down after about 2 minutes...Nor worth anything

The product stopped charging only after 3 uses. Might as well buy the higher priced Bluetooth earbuds for better sound and quality. However it was easily returned.

very heavy earbuds, constantly falling out of ear no matter the configuration, sound quality is similar to a tin can. only wasted $20 on these luckily. steer clear

This product is horrible and hurts my ears. I have used them only twice and they keep cutting off and the black protective part falls off. I am VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

They work fine for a while Then the volume button stop working I will bring them in to the store hopefully they can exchange our return them

Sound quality is terrible on these wireless ear buds. I Have wired pair with much better sound quality. Disappointing
