These are by far the worst pair of head phones I have EVER owned! Tremendous amount of noise. Sound quality is extremely poor and the plastic part that goes around your ears is very hard.. This leaves your ears hurting even if you have only wore them for a short period of time.

    Good for Running

I have gone through numerous sets of headphones training for marathons in the Houston heat/humidity. None of them last very well (Motorola S9, S9-HD, Jaybird Bluebuds X, etc.) so I decided to try a cheaper set (the Jam-Transit Mini Wireless). These lasted every bit as well as more expensive wireless headsets. Sound quality is also perfectly acceptable for running. They also stay in place better than many other headphones that I have run with (exception: Motorola stay in very well too). After 10-1/2 months the headphones finally died after a 12 mile run. Since they have a 12-month warranty I decided to see if it would be honored and what hoops I would have to jump through. To my surprise, they gladly sent me a new set immediately! Fantastic customer support, unbeatable price, great durability, and good sound. These are a winner! I bought another pair for my wife. At this price, why would you ever buy corded headphones again?!

I bought this device to connect to my Bluetooth enabled TV or Dish receiver at home. When I change channels or fast forward through a recorded show the audio gets scrambled. All I hear is loud static. I have to turn it off and back on to get the audio back.

I was a bit sceptical of the product for a couple of reasons. 1. JAM?? Never heard of them before 2. $40? I've seen wired earbuds sells for several times that cost. 3. Would they sound good, coming from someone who has JBLs in literally everything I own. Well, long story short. The earbuds stay in place well. Had to readjust them after running on treadmill. But haven't found a pair that stayed in like these did. The volume goes higher than I'd ever need it too and stays clear. Not a bad driver, definitely gets the job done, but they're not JBLs and not 3 times the cost either. I think the charging cable could have been longer than 3 inches, but does it jobs. The force needed to connect the charger to device is extremely tight, which is nice because I don't got to worry about getting disconnected. Usally hang the ear buds around the charger. Didn't read the startup guild, connects the same way as any other Bluetooth device. I set my phone in the middle of my apartment and they don't lose signal even if I stand behind a concrete wall, almost works behind two concrete walls. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a bluthooth earphones for working out with a budget of $50. They included an extra set of earpieces "incase I lose them. :)". I liked the added bonus, because I know at some point I'll need them. Awesome product JAM! Leave a comment if you have any questions, I'll answer any questions!

Used these for 5 min. on the factory charge. Plugged into computer for full charge and they never powered up again. Returned for JBL BT which are doing great. Get what you pay for.

Bought these for my husband for his birthday. He doesn't even use them. Says when you take one out to talk to someone the other side gets tugged and pulled. He doesn't like these at all.

I have to continually "re-pair" them with my iPhone after charging. Would have been worth it to have spent a little more and gotten a better pair of bluetooth headphones.

This product would not hold a charge. Tried a different charger and the same issue. They showed full charge then died within 10 minutes. Could just be a defective set.

    Good for the Price

My wife bought it for me as a gift. Works like a charm. I have connected it to multiple devices - tablet, phone, laptop. All working good except when it was connected to my laptop. It could be a Bluetooth driver issue, perhaps. When I used the headphones for a phone call for the first time, I could hear an echo of my voice. After a few phone calls, there was no more echo. Nevertheless, sound is great, bass is stable, and easy to wear. Light-wear. Package says it takes up to 3 hours to charge and 7 hours of use. There's also a power-off condition if the headphones is not being used for more than 2-3 minutes, saving battery life. Overall, great set of wireless headphones at an affordable price, especially for working out.

    Great Headphones

I was looking for something that I could take the gym and use that had the Bluetooth capability. I looked at a number of headphones while I was in the Best Buy store, read reviews on the Best Buy app and after pondering a few different selections I chose Jam headphones. I have not had a problem with them and use them on daily basis. They stay in my ear while at the gym and I also use them around the house when watching TV or playing music. Only reason I did not give them a 5 star is because there is not such thing as perfect.

I have tried countless pairs of earbuds, and NONE of them would stay in my ears. Different styles, different sizes, you name it they would fall out with me just sitting still. I reluctantly gave it one more shot since these had the ear hooks, and they are the only pair ever to stay in place, even without using the hooks. The sound is fantastic, you won't find a better pair for the price. I can walk around my entire apartment without a break in the signal. The only thing about them I don't care for is the charging port. I know it has to be small, but it is a bit fragile. I was worried I would break it the first time I plugged in the charging cord. Otherwise, fantastic product that I recommend highly.
