could be a little louder then the old set , the old set had more bass

First got them and they paired ok with my iPhone. After that, I've been lucky to even get them to turn on. Sometimes takes 3 tries other times I just give up only to come back an hour later and they finally turn on. Would not buy again - would return but threw away the packaging.

I am giving these two stars and that is VERY generous!! I read the reviews by many people on here and I figured for price and what the reviews were saying about the sound, I would buy them! Big mistake!! I have no idea where people's ears are hearing all the great sound! There is very little Bass on these, the highs are non existent, and they have to be the muddiest sound earbuds I have ever heard!! The reason I gave them two stars was that they do hold in your ears very well, and are fairly comfortable, and They are not bad for listening to "spoke word" things like podcasts...but as far as music...save your money, and stay away from these!!

I went through 3 pairs and not one would take a charge

Maybe I bought a lemon but these worked for 20 minutes and never worked again. Buy another brand!

Earbuds keep falling out and lost. My right earbud is significantly lower than my left one

The headphones are fine. Had a few problems with the first set, the second works fine.

These worked well as soon as they were opened. Then nothing would happen when they were plugged in to charge. Then when they were charged, they would not power on. Now they don't charge, and they don't power on.

I purchased the Jam mini transit earbuds just before taking a trip overseas since that was what was recommended to me by the store personnel. The headphones worked for less than an hour and then would not charge at all. I have sent in a message to bestbuy support inquiring about the issue more than a week ago with no response whatsoever which is even more unprofessional on best buy's part. Overall avoid at all costs. It's a waste of money.

Basic headphones, the wife needed new headphonese for the iphone 7.

i had a different model and i find them a little bulky.

My first pair I bought months ago were fine. Since then I got a second one and literally had to get them replaced by manufacturer 3 times because each one they sent me did not work as advertised. Charge doesn't last. Every song keeps stopping . I cannot use them. Worthless product. Fake reviews on here I believe.I can't be the only one. There are way too many awesome reviews.smh

Absolutely great to have when doing weights or running!

I bought this product specifically to do intensive workouts without earphone wires getting in the way. Unfortunately, the earbuds on this were not properly engineered to fit the ear and kept falling out anyway. They are not too comfortable either and the ear hooks provided don't do anything to help. The hooks are stiff and inflexible and don't mold to the shape of the ear like the brand I had before. The "management" system for the wires is also odd. Why not just make the wires adjustable. In a nutshell, not a very good product.

I purchased my first pair of these headphones 2 months ago, and 2 pairs later I'm giving up on them. They don't hold a charge for no apparent reason. When they DO charge they worked pretty well. I just can't deal with exchanging for a new pair every few weeks. I'm going back to to return and try something else.

Terrible, they are cheap for a reason. The sound is like when you have a cold and your ears don't hear well, no definition at all. Microphone has extreme delay for listener on the other line. The pair I got did not even hold a charge for more than 2 minutes, stay away.

ok until the pre-charge battery finish (about 3 hours use) after that imposible to recharge, after Reading amazon reviews is a common problema, real trash....

They junk don't buy them had them less than a week tore up. Exchange them last another week end up throwing them away.....SAVE YOUR MONEY

The brace that wraps around ear, is very small and hurts your ears when wearing. My own stopped charging after 2 months.
