The shape of the earbuds is pretty awkward and they tend to fall out easily while you're running. I would recommend that you save some extra money and get a pair of nicer ones.

The only negative is that several people I'm speaking with through the headphone tell me thgey can't hear me very well. Other than that they're awesome
