I am able to use gym machines, including treadmill, without them falling off (with hooks). I have also gone jogging with them and they stay in place (with hooks). Trips are more convenient now. Charge holds for a long time. For me, the sound quality is more than enough. Anything louder and I'm sure to visit the local ENT specialist at some point :) In all, you can buy these with your eyes closed. I recommend!
