Within one week they stopped holding a charge and the design of the headphones having all of the buttons on the actual earbud makes the act of using the buttons feel like you are pressing the earbud into your brain

These earbuds worked great inside my home. At times I had about 20-30 feet separation with walls in between. They worked great. Then I tried to use them for the intended purpose, I wanted to use them when I took a walk.. I put the ear buds in, put the mp3 player in my pocket. As soon as I got outside the connection kept breaking up. They were not usable outside. After 2-3 attempts and contact with tech support with no improvement I returned them. I have gone back to my wired earbuds.

These didn't stay in my ear. Not a good option if your a runner, but work just fine sitting at a desk. With all the other more streamlined options out there, these are too bulky and big sitting on your ears.

OK, when you get them home, TAKE THE TIME to set them up correctly. They come with different ear pieces, try them all on until you find the perfect fit, take a couple of minutes....then, PUT ON THE OVER THE EAR CLIPS. It will hold these lil guys in your ear perfectly. The RIGHT EARBUD is the one with the volume and power. They are already charged from the factory so you can use them AFTER YOU'VE SET THEM UP COMFORTABLY for a few hours. The sound is SUPERB, great bass, crystal highs and warm mids. And anyone complaining about the volume obviously has no idea that there's a VOLUME CONTROL on the face of the RIGHT earbud. These are LOUD if you want them to be. Perfect for working out, cutting grass, jogging, whatever. I use them at work, at home, at the gym...LOVE THEM!! And cannot beat the price. What a great deal. I'm getting a little more than 6 hours a charge, which is FANTASTIC...What are you waiting for? BUY, BUY, BUY these little guys RIGHT NOW!

Although these headphones were easy to connect to multiple wireless devices, their sound quality was poor. They were also somewhat uncomfortable. Give these a pass and go for a better designed unit.

In order to synch with the Bluetooth on an iPhone 6 most of the time I have to forget the device before the headphones will pair. Audio quality is lacking and whenever I run the earbuds fall out.

The price was worth the try but I found the product too bulky and uncomfortable to appreciate whether they sounded good. I returned them a few short hours after making the initial purchase.

They feel like they are going to fall out of your ear when running. Spend the extra money and get some good ones. These are good for just listening to at home but not exercising.

It works. It is not a very comfortable fit. There is a delay, so when watching something on your phone the sound is delayed from the video. Things dont match up, and it bothers me.

This is a heaset connected by a wire behind the head and between ears. It is a pain to deal with the connecting tube and I found it difficult to ise and the earpieces hurt my ears.

Difficult to work. Difficult to charge and they don't stay charged for the length of time the manufacturer stated that they would

I purchased this headset as a Bluetooth option to use in the gym. They were uncomfortable and unstable. Not worth buying over a decent set of wired ear buds

I have to pair it almost every time I want to use it. I have purchased other Jam products and loved them. I wouldn't recommend this one though.

These are inexpensive to be sure, and they work that way. I hate to say you get what you pay for, but... I understand this is subjective, but I was unable to get them to stay in my ears. I have used probably a dozen set of headphones without this issue. They are bulky and heavy, i ended up returning them and buying a more expensive pair. There is also a set of Jelly bluetooth headphone that appears to be identical to these, for half the price.

I have owned these headphones for about 6 months and love them. i wear them mainly in the gym on the elliptical, stationary bike, and while lifting. I also wear them while mowing, running (about 2.5 miles), and on my motorcycle.The headphones work great. I wear glasses and was a little nervous about the over the ear holder design but it has not been a problem. They stay in place very well, the noise cancelling is good, and the sound is fantastic. They are a major upgrade to the jaybirds I had before and cost much less. The only issues are the wire that connects them can sometimes cause them to pull and I would still like them to be smaller. This seems to be standard for all the blue tooth headsets though.

After wearing these on my run they really hurt my ears. The ear pieces are rather large and begin to rub. The comfort level is just not there.

I bought these wireless earbuds after reading exciting reviews about it but I have exchanged them twice in a less than a month, due to difficulties related to charge an to turn it on. Still I have the same problem but I am lazy to walk to a best buy store and exchange them again although I bought a two year geek squad protection with them at the initial purchase.

The sound quality is good but they were too bulky for me. In addition, they would fall out of my ear.

Not worth the money that was spent! It stopped charging after only 2 months of purchasing.
