I have had several pairs of bluetooth headphones, and these one are the worst. They don't stay in my ear. I will be returning them today.

The headphones would never charge after the first use. Pretty expensive for a one-time use item.

Seemed to be. Decent buy for the price however they were always falling out of my ears because of the weight. Don't recommend them

I only use these wireless ear buds maybe a dozen times and they no longer charge! First and maybe last wireless buds I will buy.

I purchased these to use while working out. I have not used them to answer a phone call. I like having the controls on the earpiece instead of on the cord. Makes it easy to advance tracks on a playlist or to change volume. I changed the earpieces and did have to work to get them on (I was going to the smallest pair). I put on the plastic cord manager, but have found that it is not sufficient to shorten the cord enough to fit closely on my head. So now instead of the cord bouncing around on my neck, I have a piece of plastic bouncing around and getting caught in hair/clothing. I think I'm going to remove it. Sound quality is good. Bluetooth has a good range....I leave my phone in a cubby at the gym and have even walked out of the building to my care without losing connection.

Terrible audio quality, tinny, please save your money and get something better.

These headphones didn't work when I got them. I had to exchange them for a different brand that works well.

Didn’t like. Returned. Horrible quality and sound was terrible.

After only a couple of months, it will no longer hold a charge. Maybe the second one will work better...

Worst headphones ever, they're uncomfortable and hurt my ears, they're not loud enough and sound horrible

They are a little heavy so at least for me i need to use the over ear clips for them to be comfortable but the sound quality is better than expected as is the battery life. I listen to music and make several conference calls a day while wearing and never heard negative feedback about quality on my side. My first pair did break in 5 minutes which were replaced by best buy without any questions and my second pair have been perfect for 6 months. There are much better options on the market but if you just want a nice headset with above average sound and ok with it being slighly larger than others on the market for 1/10 the cost these are for you. Most of us lose our earbuds 2-3 times a year. This way your only out 20 bucks and will hardly be let down while you still have them. I would not run with these as they are heavy and bounce but anything like cycling or lifting where your not bouncing around they work as well as anything else ive found.

Fit is not comfortable or secure. Bud keeps popping out no matter what size earpiece I use.

Got them because it is a good idea, in theory. They don't work very well and are very fragile.

Broke after 4 uses, store would not take product back or refund money... Don't buy these!!!

People I talk to say that they hear an echo when I talk with them. very disappointed.

This headphones will not connect with my iPhone no matter how much I tried.

This was not at all what I expected. Definitely do your research before buying.

Product didn't work out of package, wouldn't turn on after a full charge.

The speaker to talk to the caller never worked. I am returning them.
