I am glad to see another Bourne movie, I do enjoy the fast paced scenes and the thought provoking story. In this movie it seems as if they slowed the pace down, yes I know he is a bit older but having Bourne go back to simple boxing in the fight scenes really kind of killed the mood of the story. Still if you do like the whole Jason Bourne story line you will enjoy this movie.

I hate the long delay between sequels in this franchise, but I have to admit the quality is worth the wait. This is yet another action packed story that seems to bring us back to the same core that was so great in the first movie. Jason is lost, aimless, and he once again finds a path and an important piece of his history; the reason he joined Treadstone to begin with.

I love the Bourne books and consequently love the movies as well. Few films have the action, storyline and excitement portrayed in this series. While this is a great film, it is not superior to the fourth Bourne epic. Julia Stiles is great as his connection and as is usually the case, dies during the chase so she won't be in the subsequent thriller. Super cinematography, and great venues, as well as fantastic villains.

Sometimes I wonder if movies are sending messages about things that are already happening but framing them in a fictional account... Anyway, I loved the trilogy (the fourth without Matt Damon doesn't count) and this is perhaps my favorite of the series. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. Another rare movie that I actually wanted to have a physical copy of.

I'm a huge fan of the Bourne movies. The action in this film doesn't disappoint. However, we are left again wondering if Jason gains his entire memory back. Also, from the previous movie there it was suggested that Bourne and Nikki have some kind of connection. We may never know unless another Bourne movie is made. But I'm happy Matt Damon came back for this role it isn't the same without him. He is what makes the movie.

This further episode of the series hits all of the requisite checkboxes and then some. There is quite a bit of irony in the movie as well with the offing of the old and the continued lies deceit and corruption of the new. The ending is exactly what you would expect from our anti-hero and leaves enough open possibilities that you are wanting for another yet episode.

i did already own this movie on bluray but since getting a 4k player i had to upgrade since it was supposedly taken from a 4k transfer and not just an up convert of a 2k source. was it a huge difference from the bluray? no cause that one was already good. but the HDR really made it look great. looked like you were right there riding along on bournes adventure

This edition completes my Jason Borne Steel Book collection, unless they decide to work on another. This release I would believe surpasses all the others, even though I felt they were great films. I wished I was able to acquire one of the Blu-Ray, DVD, Digital copy Steel Books that evidently sold out quickly. But I can save the 4K version for when ever I upgrade.

The movie tied up all the lose ends. Color and sound where of good quality. The picture and focus was not to standard. Camera jump and picture quality was my biggest complaint. At times as in the start of the movie the picture would come in and out of focus. Brotherson at the least. The movie has a fast pace. Otherwise other than above comments, enjoyed the movie very much. Recommended to those who like the series.

I dont know why they felt the need to make this movie at all. It didnt really have a great plot, it was fun to watch but totally isnt needed to complete the Bourne series. I would recommend if you really like the bourne series or just want to see a decent action flcik. If you are looking for something that makes the entire Bourne series feel "more complete", this doesnt do that. It was fun, but just not necessary.

As with previous Bourne movies it's fast moving with action and suspense. This one has a car chase that is totally unbelievable. I truly do not know had they staged it. Bourne has a 6th sense as to when the CIA is closing in on him. He is able to sense when he's followed or being set up. I recommend that before you watch this movie you go to the rest room.

Like most others I agree that this is not the strongest of the Bourne films, but it is ok. The real star here is the video and sound quality on this 4k release. I just recently upgraded my home theater to a Dolby Atmos/DTS-X system and this was the 1st movie I tested it out with. All I can say is WOW!! The riot scene and the final chase scene will just blow you away. Very nice.

The Bourne series has been unbelievably solid. When I saw the preview for this back when it was in the theatre, I wondered if they may have been overextending the story... despite the fact that the trailer looked good. I am happy to say that this movie is every bit as good as the rest of the series. In fact, I cannot wait to see the NEXT one!

A really good movie with lots of actions. Battle scenes were very good. Hated how they treat Julia Stiles character. Duel between Jason and his mortal enemy who is sworn to kill Jason. Lots of intrigue and pacing was very good which kept the story moving along. Not many surprises, but a great ride from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Wished the movie continued the story. David Webb is the real name of the Matt Damon character. He turns into Jason Bourne which is an unknown entity hence simple called Bourbe identity. Wish the movie explored this as well as expanded the story more. There is a lot more to Jason Bourne that lazy Hollywood story. The movie could be more complex but overall it was good. Just wished it was more about Bourne rather than a simple Hollywood action movie. He is married and has kids for instance...we never even get a hint of this. 3 previous movies and this one needed to expand the real story and just doesn't. So that was disappointing. Not a traditional review but hey...its obvious the director did his thing rather than making a movie that could be great. They assumed fans of the movie want action and missed opportunity to make a real Bourne movie. I like it only because I like the character.

The questions plaguing Bourne about his identity are finally answered and revenge found with the help of a ladder-climbing federal agent. She doesn't get her "prize" though as Bourne moves on - alive - and maybe ready for another sequel? A lot of the typical spy stuff and hard to believe action but it is still exciting and enjoyable.

This is a good entertaining movie, but certainly not the best in the series. Although these movies are all well-crafted they are starting to run together and feel like the same action sequences repeated. A fun watch but nothing so original. Plotline is an attempt to bring the ago of Snowden into the series. Still recommended though, if you are a fan of the series. Quality of blu-ray is fine.

I loved the first three Bourne movies (all including Matt Damon). When the next one came out with Jeremy Renner, I refused to see it. It is like having the Transporter movies without Jason Statham. When this one came out with Matt Damon back in his role, I was psyched! Just like the first three, it is packed with action and great to watch.

I have all of the previous Jason Bourne movies. I enjoyed every one of them. Then came Bourne Legacy...not so good. I figured that would be the end of the movie series. Matt Damon returned for a 4th. I was skeptical since there had been so much time between movies. This movie kept my interest throughout the entire thing. A lot of fun.

I've missed Matt Damon in this character. But, this is not the not the movie I was hoping for. All of the Jason Bourne-isk elements were there but it felt a little tired and phoned-in. Story was so-so and all Matt Damon did practically was walk around and hit or shoot someone without any real emotional investment in doing so. It was still entertaining and I did enjoy watching it.
