Clamps well onto different surfaces

The head, where the camera mounts, can also be rotated around on the column to put the camera in different views. I use this along with several of the short mounting arms, that pivot, to get the perfect angle and view.

Works as advertised but expensive

Only bought it b/c the go pro camera comes with nothing in terms of mounts to carry it around. Didn't have time to research and find a cheaper alternative b/c it was going with the camera as a Christmas gift. After reading up, I would have saved myself some cash and went for something that wasn't "go pro" brand if I had to do it over.
