really looking forward to this dvd since it had the digital copy too. HOWEVER, I did not get it! when I went to the store to pick it up, I did not receive the anniversary one and of course, no digital copy either. I returned it and BB staffer told me it must have been a print error because they did NOT have any of the DVD's like the ad/sale stated. bummer!

I bought this online and they sent it to me all damaged. Was on chat with them for over 2 hours for them to tell me over and over again there was nothing they could do, so I paid for a damaged product

Steelbook came with 2 4k discs and no Blu Ray version. Returned it and replaced it with another copy.

Awful they damaged my steelbooks with no padding. No padding no padding around the item

I've never seen this movie before and when I saw the first 15 minutes I died a little. That's how bad it is..

My order was hip two times and it was the regular dvd not the 100 aniversary like I purchase it shame on you best buy.

I gave this a 5 star rating for the film and the potential of owning it on Blu-Ray but Best Buy really dropped the ball on this product! Was told the store only received one copy and most stores only got two. I immediately did an online search by state and showed not a single copy within 300 miles! Why promote a classic exclusive product with so much advertising on Discovery Channel's Shark Week if you know there will never be enough product to meet demand? They wouldn't even offer a rain check or discount on another product. My expectations of being disappointed in Best Buy's sales tactics are far out-numbering the pleasant experiences I'm getting. And being a Premier Silver program member is worthless.

Order Date: 05/29/2020 Why was my order canceled? "Item Canceled, No Longer Available" Did you not order enough copies? I checked, there were no copies even sent to Best Buys in Atlanta. Was there a problem with the discs from the distributor? These questions need to be answered, that is unless Best Buy is starting to take the same approach with 4K Discs that you took with CDs. (of course the movie gets 5 stars. 1 star is for the situation)

The title says "Collector's Series" which leads me to believe that it is all 4 movies (the entire series). This is WRONG. I drove all over trying to find a copy. Finally called a store on the other side side of town and drove out there to find out it is only the first Jaws. If it isn't the series, it shouldn't say that on the cover.
