Jaws on 4k blu-ray is everything you could hope. It has a superb 4K transfer, great sound and lots of extras.

I bought this two disc set, only had a blu ray player on my X90J tv, looked soooooo good. I bought the Sony X700/M 4k player and the colors don’t pop nearly as well as the blu ray, it’s more of a washed out faded look relative to the blu ray, maybe that’s more true to how it looked in the theaters. If I sit two feet from my 65” screen I can say it’s a cleaner “less pixelated” look than the blu ray; but to my eyes the blu-ray looks better, even Spielberg said in the 8 minute doc on restoring Jaws in 2012 that it has never looked better and it’s the way it was meant to be seen as far as quality. Just my two cents, I ordered “a new hope Star Wars” on 4k, I’ll see how that one looks.

The best movie in movie history in the best possible formats and at a bargain price. What more can you ask for?
