The movie tries too hard in my opinion. I usually love Kevin Smith films but everything seems so forced. I did enjoy the Chris Jericho and Ben Affleck cameos, however it left more to be desired for me.

Only bought this because I have all the View Askew movies but god someone please bring it to an end. Far passed the due date for these characters.

I used to be a huge fan of the clerks films / universe when I was much younger. I grew up in that era and in the northeast so I could understand the humor and though process of the characters better than most. But this was just so bad, so unfunny, and so sad to see how poorly these people aged. They looked terrible. Yes, we all get older. But everyone just looked ancient. As far as the story, typical of the clerks universe, but not funny this time. A sad entry in an otherwise enjoyable series of movies

The old Jay and Silent Bob was really dumb but light hearted and funny, so it was worth watching. This one is just a clear money grab with bad story, bad directing, and lifeless acting. It's a carbon copy of the old movie, tweaked for woke people in 2020, and just bland and terrible. So disappointed in this one. Don't waste your money. Not even worth watching on a free streaming platform.

It’s a love letter to all his costars he’s worked with. However, this is a terrible film that relies every 20 seconds of inside jokes shoved in your face.

Big fan of Kevin Smith, so I bought this one sight unseen and...yeah. Makes Tusk look like a classic, which is too bad because the idea had promise.

it was ok the first was way better and a lot more funny but if you like Jay and Silent Bob then its worth checking out

Doesn’t feel like I found this movie enjoyable. It’s fine. Times have changed and my taste has changed for sure.

I ordered this very early on Black Friday, along with several other movies. I received everything else, but this title was delayed, and then ready for shipping, and then delayed, and then ready for shipping, and then delayed again. I ended up cancelling the title, because I could no longer get it sent to the address I had to choose, not my home address.

I admire the (bleep) out of Kevin Smith but this rush job of a film just doesn't gel with what has come before.

I loved the original Jay and silent Bob as well as most of Kevin Smith's movies but this one is to be desired. I figured with a remake it would be even better than the 1st it was a sad excuse for a film that was purposely made to make a profit and point to the original for brownie points

Sometimes its just better to leave the movie on the shelf.

Big fan of jay and silent bob but this movie was garbage. Story dragged, cameos didn’t really deliver, had tons of cursing but wasn’t funny.... paid $10 for Blu-ray which was $11 too much - I want an extra dollar back for watching.

Not a fan. Ususlly i can get into the stoner mentality movies. They are light and fun. I struggled w this one. Finally just turned it off never finished it.
