I'm a advid runner that was looking for a good wireless headset. This device is at least wireless. First it kept unpairing from my iPhone and then finally, after less than a month of use, it quit. I was told by the online rep to not return my device to best buy because they made improvements to my model and I could only get that through them. Through best buy I would only get the model I had which obviously had bugs. Long story short, their products cost a premium but their service is far from. I am returning these to best buy today, not for an exchange but for either a refund or another product from another brand.

For the price, the sound quality is lackluster. I expected crisp highs and deep bass. These have neither! I've gotten better sound quality out of a $20 pair of Skull Candy headphones than out of these things. The earbuds constantly fall off. I spend more time at the gym looking for the fallen earbuds than I do working out. You pull the headphones out of the case, the earbuds fall off. You put them in the case, the earbuds fall out. Pretty much the only time they don't fall off is when they're in your ear, and even then, when you start sweating, they fall out of your ears. You have to constantly adjust them to stay in your ear. It's extremely annoying! As far as them lasting for 8 hours. Good luck with that! They die on me after two (one hour) workouts. I'm on my way to the store right now to exchange them for a pair of headphones that actually work correctly and sound decent.

My husband got me these headphones for mother's day and at first they were great. But, the first pair stopped working after 1 week. I couldn't get them to turn out, despite them being fully charged. So, we thought it was a fluke and returned them and exchanged them for the same headphones. Unfortunately, the second pair did the same exact thing after about a month of use. I am not hard on my headphones. I use them to work out, but I mostly lift so they don't get sweaty. I was very gentle with them and kept them in a case in my gym bag. It is so frustrating when I am all ready to work out and the stupid things are totally dead and won't turn on. I give up! I am taking them back and getting another brand with hopes they will work. These headphones are way too expensive to be such pieces of junk. Very disappointed!

The only problem I have had with these earbuds are the rubber ear tips that are provided. First, none of the three sizes (small, medium, or large) seemed to fit properly. They were either too small and the the earbuds would fall out, or too large and they would fit in my ear canal. Now a few months later, the problem is that the ear tips would rather stay in my ear than on the earbuds. Every time I take the earbuds off, I have to fish around inside my ears to get them out. I have spoken with customer service twice. Both times I was told to purchase a replacement set of eartips through Jaybird or another vendor (Comply). I didn't plan on spending $170 on high quality earbuds only to be told that I need to spend more. Jaybird does not seem to stand behind the product, and that's disappointing.

Was overall satisfied, even with the headphones constantly falling out of the ear. The product has had to be replace twice in four months. Poor manufacturing quality. Would recommend purchasing a warranty and living close to a BestBuy so you can replace them easily.

I guess I just have weird ears. Cause I tell you what, I tried them every which way and I could not get a comfortable fit. They just seemed awkward no matter what I did.

No matter what you do they fall out as soon as your ears get sweaty. I've spent hours to no avail. Save your money.

Reception is so poor with these, you might as well have your bluetooth device right next to them. Using my iphone for running, the bluetooth connection fails if I'm carrying the iphone in my hand. About the only way to keep a strong signal is to have the iphone on one of those silly armbands. Walking or other activities, if I put my phone in my pants pocket, the connection fails. What good is a bluetooth device is the source needs to be kept 6 inches or less away from the earbuds. Save your $$ and find something better.

This product since I bought has not operated properly. You turn it on and turns itself off. Make calls without being requested. It reboots itself. Sometimes it does not turn on. In addition to all this, I felt very upset because just the day after I bought the equipment, Best Buy places a bid of the same product at a reduced price and giving away a portable speaker. after I bought the item immediately went out of the country. I hope to return in 15 days to make a claim and make the return.

I own a set of Bose earbuds but wanted something wireless with an equal sound quality and comfort. I did not think this should be too tough. Sadly I was very mistaken on both accounts. The sound quality was all tinny treble and no base. Even when I crammed the buds all the way in they were still very poor. I returned them and bought a Jabra Clipper so I can continue to use my Bose.

I bought these headphones because of the promise of a good fit and that they would be sweat proof. Although they are expensive for a set of headphones I was willing to pay for a guarantee that they would not die from the sweat of my workouts. Well it has been a few months and the headphones have died. I have sent multiple emails to their support email to find out about getting a replacement set but have gotten no response... It has been over a week at this point.

I bought these and loved the sound. After about three weeks they just died right in the middle of a workout and wouldn't turn back on. After further investigation I found this a common problem with these headphones. They rarely last longer then a couple of weeks. I purchased the two year warranty but Best Buy returned my money and wouldn't replace them. Also battery only last about 3 hours not the advertised time.

These headphones never really stayed in that well. After a few months of use one side completely stopped working. I spoke with JayBird customer service about getting replacement headphones and the women I spoke with told me they would email me to start the warranty process but I haven't heard anything from them since.

I had high expectations, but was let down by poor fit and almost nonexistent bass. The earbuds don't necessarily fall out; however they don't remained fully inserted in the ear which is required to achieve good sound. If you seek bass, don't waste your time with these headphones. I'll be taking these back to exchange for Beats Powerbeats wireless.

this product is defective!!! went to best buy 3 time in 10 days to replace them.if you want a great pair of bluetooth earbuds need to get dr dre beats2 blue tooth earbuds!!!

I have returned one already after 1 day and now will return this one. they have lost my business.
