Bought these for my son who goes to the gym all the time. He needed some sweat resistant headphones, so I thought I would get these for him. They are not sweat resistant. Within 2 or 3 workouts they stopped working. He took them back and got a new pair. He told me the second pair are working, but not holding a charge. If I find a better replacement for him, we will trade these in. Glad I bought the warranty.

they are not that comfortable - so it is discouraging to wear them even though they have the added bonus of being wireless

Only used a few times for about 1 hour long runs. Stayed in my ears, comfortable, and lasted through a rain soaked run

So this was my first pair of Bluetooth ear buds and I was very impressed. Comes with a nice carrying case and a lot of wing tip and ear tip sizes so you get a comfortable fit. Battery life isn't quite where I want it but they do the job and are worth the money.

I purchased the jay bird wireless earbuds after I purchased (and hated) the Motorola s11's. they fit and were much more comfortable than the Motorola headset. They just didn't last. During the first workout they froze and stopped working. I worked out with them for my weight training session without a hitch. Went over to do cardio, while on the treadmill some came to speak. Took one earbud out to hear and spoke for 5 min. Put the earbud back in to finish my cardio and no sound. Played whit them for 5 min beside the treadmill but nothing worked. Went home and mlugged it in still nothing. They cost too much to just stop working like that. Got a refund. Too scarred to take another chance on them at that price.

The item is still good the only thing that I have issues with is that it falls out easily due to the short cord

    BETTER THAN POWERBEATS BY FAR

    Posted .

MAINLY FOR ANYONE STUCK BETWEEN POWERBEATS VS JAYBIRDS. college student, works out occasionally, owned bluebuds for about 3 months now, tried out powerbeats for about 2 weeks before returning it. I wish they looked like powerbeats, but thats literally the only one-up they have over the jaybirds. simply better looking which is also a personal preference. Initially bought the powerbeats 2 wireless and unfortunately, they still carry their bad rep for cheap, overpriced products with too much bass. they spend more money on outer design and marketing than the actual tech itself. The bluebuds - have amazing sound quality for bluetooth headphones -good range except for some rare interruptions when holding the phone really close to your right leg(on the opposite side of the receiver [left]) -voice feedback , tells you things (battery low, redial, power on/off, ect.) that help you keep focused on tasks at hand. -sweat proof (for real, not like powerbeats which only claims to be, too many reviews where it failed) - two wearing styles (over ear and normal ) both great for different sports/ workouts - great fit for all sizes, given the 3 bud sizes and 3 ear hook sizes. - can be used as basically noise cancelling for at home, and regular headphones for when youre around lots of ppl or cars (safety) Overall, after returning the powerbeats and buying the jaybirds, I could just really tell that they cared about the customers and had confidence in their product. I spent a good month researching and weighing the pros and cons of both products and I would definitely recommend the bluebuds over powerbeats. I wear these bluebuds everyday at college and especially during boxing and workout sessions. they fit great but sometimes fall out during boxing (unavoidable with any headphones really). I usually to put them in completely when in public so i can hear my surroundings better, but at home I can hear the great quality and little to no outside noises The only reason I can think of for someone to buy powerbeats is If you really love the way the powerbeats look, and you're willing to pay an extra $60 (lebron tax) for a product of lesser quality and care put into it. Theyre skullcandys with a paid athlete saying its good... No product is indestructible or perfect, but it shows in the bluebuds that they're trying to reach that goal.

I purchased a pair of these JayBird airbuds and I had all kind of problems with them falling out of my ears while I was working out. The sound quality was like a dollar store brand of headphone and way exaggerated and greatly overrated. I eventually took them back within two days and purchased a pair of Dre Beats for a cheaper price and awesome sound quality!

I was looking for a good option for Bluetooth headphones. Easy to connect and use. Two different adjustments for great fit. The only downside I've found is the amount of sound they let in taking a call leaving the other person saying, "What?"
