Even the sound output is not bad, the product may hurt your ears for wearing. I had to return it and purchase the Shadow one.

    Great Bluetooth Headphones

I've owned the Moto S9 and S10s. I also picked up the Jay Bird Freedom Sprints before moving up to these. The Moto headphones had great range but the buds didn't fit tight enough into my ear so the sound was a bit flat especially compared to traditional "plug in" headphones. The signal range was great, I could leave my phone in my bag on the floor of the gym and never have any issues playing music. My S10s broke so I grabbed the Freedom Sprints. The Freedom Sprints sounded decent, tones were a bit excessively low but they fit well into my ear. The issue with the Sprints were that the signal would cut out even if I put them into the wrong pocket and that sucked so I took them back and bought the Bluebird Xs. Firstly they're super expensive but because they're excellent bluetooth headphones, I think they're a decent value. The range is up to par with the Moto headphones. I can leave them in the gym and walk clear across to grab water without losing signal. The sound quality is excellent, especially compared to the other 3 bluetooh headphones I've tried. I know that generally speaking bluetooth will never sound as good as wired so I try not to compare but these are fairly comparable. I don't generally use bluetooth headphones to make calls but I have on these and they don't sound great but they got the job done. Battery says 8hrs. I'll probably never test that but I've gone 2-3 hrs with no issue. Finally the strap that goes around your neck is made of rubber and when they get moist (due to sweat) they stick to my neck. Then when I move my neck the headphones come loose from my ears and need to be readjusted from time to time. It would have been better if they had used another coating, such as Kevlar, to keep them from sticking. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually. tl;dr: Great bluetooth headphones a bit pricey but worth it. Best I've tried.

Takes at to long to find that perfect fit. Takes two people to really find a fit that is comfortable. Feels flimsy once in place. It's not bulky which is nice but I didn't like the feel of them. For the price, it felt cheap.

    Great Wireless Headphones!

In comparison to my Plantronics BackBeat GO 1 these rock! Much louder and clearer sound than the first edition Plantronics with a very long battery life. The bass level is decent and the highs are not tinny. Just remember, sound definition is subjective to the listener and may not sound the same to another person. The fit and cord length is just right for my head and body without any snags. The manual shows two ways to wear the headphones. They are worth the price...but try for yourself.

I bought these a month ago and the battery only lasts 3 hours and 15 minutes. Not the advertised 8 hours. I replaced my Jaybird Freedom Sprints with these. They Freedom Sprints lasted 4 hours and 15 minutes out of the box not the 4 hours 30 minutes advertised. Had I know this was going to be an issue, I would have kept my freedom sprints. Sent the Bluebuds to Jaybird and we will see how the replacement ones fair.

    Stopped Working After 3 Uses

At first, I was so happy with these because they seemed amazing. Then after using for them for 3 days for a 1 hour workout on each day, they just completely stopped working. I called Jaybird and the guy I spoke with said I'd receive an email within 24 hours with instructions. It didn't come in 24 hours and I called back and another guy said it would be to me shortly. So then when I called a 3rd time 3 days later, the woman who answered said that she couldn't understand why the guy didn't just email it to me while I was on the phone with him. Finally I received my email and I sent a copy of my receipt at which time they authorized my return. Then however, someone then got in touch with me saying that they still needed my receipt copy and needed to know what was wrong with the item. I sent everything AGAIN to this new girl and she said nobody gave her my previous email. So theres definitely no organization in that office and horrible customer service, and then on top of it, I'm forced to have to pay for the shipping back to them when I only used these things 3 times. Hopefully when I get my replacements from them they will last longer than 3 uses.
