I'm not much of a good review writer but i will tell you my honest opinion, I bought so many bluetooth headsets in the past and I ended up returning them cuz they all sucked .. but this one i tell you, it's been 6 days since i had it, sound quality is great (if it stays in your ear), BASS is awesome (if it's tight in your ear).. only problem I had so far is sometimes it falls out of my right ear , I'm giving a 5 star because i assume the reason why it falls out of my right ear might be cuz it's bigger than my left ear ..AND If you work out,,forgetaboutit.. this will rock your world.they are easy to connect or pair, it works perfect on my macbook pro and my samsung s2, finally i can play pandora from my macbook all day while i walk around my room doing stuff and at work with no problem, battery life is real long... and if i find something wrong i'lll be back to let you all know

I got this product mainly to listen to music. My apple ear buds were SO much better that I don't even use the jay birds anymore. At all! Very disappointed maybe I would have liked them better if there primary purpose was for phone calls. Not worth the money for music. Spend $30 and get the apple ear buds. You'll be happier.

    My new favorite earbuds

I just got these, and as a (shameful) owner of a pair of urBeats by Dre, in which I really liked the bass they pump, these Bluebirds X run laps around my urBeats. The bass is just as deep and powerful as my urBeats, but MUCH more clear and not overpowering (in which I noticed after using my Bluebirds. And to think some people were saying it was and I was too blind to notice), and the mids and highs are crisp and clear. The ear tips all fall out a little for me though... until I put the wing things that come in the box on them (they definitely make a difference in having them stay in!) Now they stay in place, even when I try shaking my head in a way like a dog shakes his/her body to get the water off of them. I might get the Comply foam tips as a lot of people suggest, but for now the included tips work REALLY well for me for sound and blocking out the world. These are by far my new favorite earbuds.

This is a sharp-looking product out of the box. Unfortunately, it ends there. The headphones did not stay in my ears. The sound quality was far worse than traditional wired headphones. I returned these within 2 weeks of purchasing them.

Yes, they sound great!!!!!!!!! I have them hooked to an iPod Nano. Blue tooth works great. Can walk a good 80 ft. before sound start cutting out.. It is so nice not to have a wire in your way. I listen to music for long hours. I start my day listening to music at work. I start at 7am. My lunch is at 11:30. By now both the headphones and the iPod really need charged. so from 11:30 - 12PM I let them both charge . Then from 12PM- 3:30 I'm good to go. Now at 3:30 they both need recharged. So when I get home, I recharge them both for 2 hours. Then I go to the gym and jam for 2 hours. Then I come home and overnight charge everything I own ( My phone, headphones, iPod, Wife's phone, tablet, iPod. Son's phone, tablet, iPod ). My counter has thousands of dollars of equipment charging overnight. Then the day starts all over again. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the headphones need charged after 4 or 5 hours. You might be able to spend about 5 hours non stop listening to music on weekend project. They sound great, Love them at the gym. The gym is my favorite place for the headphones. Oh yea! they are guaranteed against sweat! Good quality headphones!!!!

Was excited to try these out for working out in the gym. Easy to pair. Music quality was OK, I expected better for this price. Biggest problem was uncomfortable fit. Even after trying all ear tips, was not able to find a good fit. Ended up returning to the store. Will keep looking.

First off, I originally bought one of the first sets of jaybirds and they sounded great but I had to keep my I pod on my arm at the gym to keep it from cutting out. I took them back because they were basically useless for what I wanted. I then bought a pair of the plantronics and the difference in distance was drastic, sound was good but not quite on par with the bluebud x and the blue buds were definitely louder. With the plantronics, I could put my i pod on the front porch and cut the grass on my entire yard without them ever cutting out. I could go to the gym, put my i pod in a locker and walk the entire gym and never lose signal, it even worked through all the walls in my house. Life was good with the plantronics (about a year) until my Ferret decided to chew on the cord between the earbuds and left them useless. I started searching Best Buy for any updated versions of bluetooth ear buds and ran across these stating they lasted for 8 hours and the fixed the distance problems. I bought a set of these, charged them, walked around in the house with my I pod lying on the table and as far away as I could get was about 20 ft... about 10ft with a wall in between. I went out and cut the grass and I constantly had to keep line of sight to the I Pod with nothing in between to keep signal, and also about 10ft away was the limit at that. and last but not least, I walked round the block with my I pod in my pocket of my shorts and about every 10 strides the bluebuds would cut out. the shorts were Nike Dri Fits (ultra thin) so I know they should've worked at that range. I ended up taking these back and will be buying another pair of plantronics, to me distance is more important than a just a meager bit of sound quality. Some people were downing the plantonics bacause they don't get very loud,.. easy fix for that is to download an Equalizer of the app market... took care of that issue. just to rap it up.. the blue buds sound great, battery life was great, fit isn't to great, distance not suitable for what I need and the price for these are ridiculous. not worth $170.

    Great Headphones

I bought these headphones and I have to say they're very great. I listen to music a lot an these headphones are very awesome. The earbuds fit perfectly and more than anything, the range when connected to my iPhone, Mac or iPad is great. I would say I can go walk about 15-20ft around my apartment before I start to hear connectivity issues. The battery power is good I tend to have them on about 4-6 hrs before I get notified that my battery is getting low. The sound quality is very good and clear, however, if you're obsessed with a lot of bass I would not suggest Jaybirds for you. I love these headphones a lot, but I would say I'm more relieved about not having to worry about wired headphones that tend to get hung up on everything.
