Will be returning this product. They have a problem with ear buds coming off and being lost. I had to buy them for a lessor model 2 years ago. This time I couldn't find the one that came off. Jaybird was willing to replace them but not to expedite. Going to have to wait a week for replacements? Refused to expedite shipping. Will be returning them to Best Buy under extended warranty. In addition, these are very hard to fit your ear. Have to force them in ear canal every time. Won't buy from them again...

Great sound, awesome fit, and love the wireless, but alas, they did not hold up. After about 3 weeks, and right in the middle of a run, they cut off and I was never able to get them to come back on. I exchanged them for another pair at Bestbuy and within the next week they stopped working. In the middle of crossfit session and they continued to redial my phone repeatedly before shutting down completely. Again, could not get them to come back on. Not sure they stand up to sweat as much as Jaybird claims. I managed to return them and get the $170 back (thanks to the extra insurance I paid). If Jaybird fixes this glitch, these will be well worth the money.

Battery was decent, sounds were alright, very comfy and stayed in my ears. But the eartip wings that secure buds in your ears is softer, and when walking, running, they constantly make a 'clicking' sound.

First, I believe I bought a repackaged item. i began to open it and the tape seemed off. I got inside and one complete set of ear-buds were missing. At that point I had intended to just take them back and exchange for a new item that had all the items in the box, but thought I may as well try out what was in the box first. So, I went for my 1AM run and the right ear just hurt. The buds did not stay in the ear long at all and was constantly adjusting and pushing back in my ear. when I was still on my couch, the sound seemed decent enough, but that all went out the window once I started to run. And I run slow at the moment. I had originally gone to Best Buy to buy a set of YurBuds, but the bluetooth ones I wanted were not in stock, so I bought these since they were in stock. I took them back today and ordered the YurBuds and they should be in my mail soon. Hopefully I have better luck with those. Actually, exchanging these were one of the better experiences I have had with Best Buy. Many bad experiences, and glad to have a reent good experience.

I have had these for 3 days now and I have drained the battery every day. Not because the battery doesn't last (it does!!) but because these sound so great! These are better than all the wired headsets I have used on my GS3. I have also had the Plantronics Backbeat Go and they did not produce enough volume. The Bluebuds do! You have to turn them down in the house. These are so light you forget you have them on. In fact I have fallen asleep the last 2 nights jamming to my music! I paired these with a BTT005 bluetooth transmitter through my home theater and it is excellent also. If you are tired of looking for a good set of bluetooth buds look no more...BUY THESE!! I will review the Comfy earbuds when I have used them a few days. The buds that came with the Bluebuds are a little hard for me, but worth the sound. More to come..

Maybe it's me but I just never found them to function as I expected and I'm very electronically sophisticated. So here they are sitting next to my bed. Every time I try and use them, they are uncomfortable or fall out of my ears. If I try and use my phone to talk, people say I don't sound clear. Very disappointed in myself for not returning them.

I use the Bluebuds X for when I am running. They stay in my ears, easy to use! I can even make or take phone calls, and the person on the other side can hear me clearly. Great product and sound quality; you really get your money's worth.

I had bought these for running and the gym, and I've had my fair share of wireless head phones. It took some time to get the "right" fit on these headphones, but it never really was all that comfortable. No matter the size of the bud, it either slipped out of the ear, or hurt my ear. After a while wearing them, they would start slipping, though never falling out, allowing wind and background noise to come in. The sound was decent but at max volume, the sound of the wind was louder. The battery lasted me approximately 6 hours on a full charge which compared to others I've had, isn't THAT great. As for the cord, it was light enough to not get tangled or caught while at the gym. All in all this is a decent product, though it's not for me. The awkward fitting has me searching for a different pair of headphones, but if you can get the right fit without the pain, these will be a great choice!

Sound is great, technical setup and operation are good (what's with the sound interruption when you press a button...) They are useless if you sweat - completely. It's to be expected any headphones will have to be adjusted periodically throughout a run. These will not stay in place at all once you sweat - the rubber earbuds are hydrophobic so the sweat makes them pop right out of your ear canal. I've spent 6 runs over 2 weeks working with them with the same problem every time. The worst part was their customer service refusing to admit or have alternative buds to offer.

Bought these based on price and reviews rather than more expensive powerbeats2 wireless. Wrong decision. Let me say up front that I have always experienced difficulty finding ear buds that fit my ear canals comfortably and securely (Apple, Palm, Skullcandy, etc.), and without a good fit the sound quality is going to be poor. But when they do fit - BOOM! Beautiful music. With these I never could find any combination of "Three pairs of Secure Fit ear cushions and 3 pairs of ear tips" that produced a satisfactory "customized fit." Every combo was a poor fit. So, at least for these ears, it was No Go. Next day I exchanged them for the powerbeats 2 and have never looked back. They are extraordinary!

I really enjoy using these things. For their size the sound is great. They are a little pricey, but for cutting edge technology I guess you get what you pay for. Time will tell how they stand up to regular use.

These headphones were simply a want but I have grown to need that advantage of not having a cord and greatly appreciate the purchase. I can easily where them my entire workout including sauna and steam room!

D'oh! They worked fine when I first purchased them but now my bank account says "don't do it" and lives in regret. I haved them for about a few months, maybe a year, and now, on a single charge, they only last about 3-4 hours while I'm on the track/gym or enjoying a casual day. Too expensive!

I use my Blubuds everyday. 1 hour in the gym, and 3 hours during my evening job. Pretty much satisfied. I can't say I am super happy, but still love them.

although it's expensive, I would still buy this. I'm looking for a bluetooth with all criteria listed in the "what's great about it" above. I was really impressed with how easy it was to move from my iphone to my ipad.

Worked pefectly during the first 3 months. The sound is good and there's a plenty of bass....Then it started to turn on and off by itself...dialing the last number called...a total mess...Don't waste your money!

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. No wires to get tangled up in, awesome sound. I plan to get another set for me.

These appear to do everything they say they will do technically. Pairing was a breeze, didn't fade or loose contact with the iphone. However, the fit was very poor for me. They only include three ear buds and none of them were small enough for my ear. If you don't have a snug fit the base just isn't there. Mine fell out just walking the dog. I even tried ear buds from devices but no joy. If you have regular size ear canals these probably will work just great. If you have a small one, look elsewhere.

I really loved these headphones. They actually did fit well and sounded very good. The connection quality and range was one of the best I have seen for Bluetooth headphones. However, it's the battery keeping a charge over it's life time I'm concerned about. After using it for about 10 days I noticed that the batter did not keep it's charge for more than 6 hours. Even with them on stand by the battery would drain much faster than the first day of use. At two weeks they worked for 5 hours. They lasted 8 hours charge for the first few days but then went down after that. I did take them back worried that after a month they would not be holding a charge long enough to be worth the cost and hassle to charge them more than once a day.
