They don’t sync to your iPhone

WRONG. It’s only been a month and they don’t sync to my iphone8 anymore. I’ve tried everything - restarting, turning Bluetooth on/off, updating, etc. and NOTHING. They just don’t sync. This was a waste of money. I am so frustrated.

Also, here are suggestions that can help improve the connectivity the buds.
- Move/Place the audio source where the controller is located.
- Try using the under the ear fit.
- Perform a factory reset
1. Make sure your buds are powered off.
2. From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.
3. Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

This is my third pair, but not because I'm having any issues with my first two pairs. Only because I wanted an additional pair. The small battery pack for charging is awesome and makes it convenient when I'm close to losing power for a quick charge. Great headphones!
