Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review, but two times in a row that something hasn’t worked right is not acceptable

I bought these for my wife for her birthday and they lasted a month. Now they wont charge. The sound quality is subpar. JBL and Bose have offer a much better experience at around the same price point.

Please try these troubleshooting steps that can help to resolve the issue of your headset's battery:
-Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
-Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
-Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
-To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
-Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
-Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.
As for the sound quality, please use the Jaybird App to custom sound experience.

The sound on the Jaybird is lacking to say the least. Especially the fullness of the bass. Ultimately, I returned the jays and purchased another pair of bose.
