    Hated them. They died instantly and even though you would charge them, they wouldn’t hold the charge. Would not get again.

      Please try these troubleshooting steps that can help to resolve the issue of your headset's battery:

      -Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
      -Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
      -Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
      -To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
      -Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
      -Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    These earbuds deliver great sound and they're easy to set up and use. Personally, I didn't find the fit to be quite as comfortable as I would like but I like the overall design. It comes with a separate charging/battery unit that you have to clip on to the ear buds in order to charge them. I can see that little thing getting lost easy if it's not kept in the included case.

    This is my third pair of Jaybid wireless headphones, two X3’s that died in months, so I purchased the Freedom and didn’t even last a month. I refuse to send them back to the manufacturer, I shouldn’t have to wait on a product to get fixed, I just return them at Best Buy or throw them in the trash if passed the return period. I sweat a lot and these are simply not sweat proof and much less water proof. Seriously disappointed.

    I like Jaybird products but these just weren’t for me. I ended Up Returning these going with the x3’s.

    The ear pieces fall off the wire easily... Constantly have to check if both ear buds are still attached to the wire.

    This is my third set of Jaybird earbuds and are my third favorites. Don't get me wrong, these are great headphones but there are a couple of things I dislike. First the pros. They are lightweight, the new integrated cord management system is a huge improvement over the old clip thing, the sound is awesome and configurable through the app, and the integrated battery easily lasts 4 hours. Now the bad, the charging clip is still clunky and seems like it will be easy to lose, plus it makes that side very heavy which tends to pull the earbud out of position. Also, the new tips have the fins integrated which means you are stuck with the options Jaybird thinks work best. None are a perfect fit for me as either he tip or wing will be slightly large or small when the other is perfect. I prefer the old style where you could mix and match. After taking some time, I found the set that works best. Not perfect but they are serviceable. That's really the only thing I've found wrong with these buds and those things are really personal preference. Overall a good headphone and a good investment for a set of mid-level Bluetooth earbuds.

    By far the best sounding headset I have owned to date. The problem I have is they wont stay in my ears. I had better luck when I wrapped the wire around the top of the ear, but they would still creep out. I ended up using some standard rubber ear bud tips from my stock Samsung headphones that came with my phone and had much better luck. Could be me large ears, as I have a larger flat ear, who knows. My friend tried then on and seemed to have better luck. I would have liked an over the ear hook that you could bend to hold tight to your ear. OK, all that said, these sound real nice. The Jaybird app allows you to tweak the sound to your personal choice in sound, very nice. Battery lasts as advertised. I got about 4 hrs out of the first charge, then plugged them to the charger clip/battery pack (alone, not plugged into power source) and let sit for awhile. left the house for dinner, came back and they were fully charged. Nice feature when traveling. Overall I like these because of the sound. Best in ear bass I have heard so far. If they fit my ears out of the box I would give them 5 stars, had to drop 1 star for this.

    Sounds great when they stay in but my issue is with the fit of fins and earbuds. They don't seem secure. I'm a runner so shortly into my run the seal (lack of a better term) breaks between the ear canal and earbud and they actually start to sound horrible. If you are a runner you can understand the frustration of having to constantly push earbuds back into your ear. The battery life maybe less than accurate 1 run (1hour) was at 60% the very next run (1 day later) it was saying charge me. I had not used them anytime between runs. I'm still searching for the perfect running earbuds.

      You can isolate the issue by trying different apps, devices or device with a different OS. Please also check your device Media/Call settings related to the max volume. Some devices have features to protect users from hearing damage due to very high audio levels.
