I received these as a Christmas gift and was very pleased with the function of them. However, I have inadvertently lost the charging clip and the small usb cord. I didn't think I would have a problem finding them online until I actually checked. I am very upset that they've been sold out on the Jaybird website for some time now and there are no replacements. Anything on Amazon or other websites are no less than $45 just for the clip. I might as well buy a new pair....or switch to another brand.

I have 2 pairs of these. I pretty much use earbuds all day long, so I wanted to always have a pair charged. The sound is fine for music and audiobooks. For calls, I never know if I'm actually going to be able to hear the person on the other end or not. Sometimes it's loud and clear, sometimes I can't use them because I can barely hear the caller. On most earbuds, the left side usually fits better than the right side (I guess I have weird shaped ears). These are no different. However, the charger pack makes the right side too heavy, so it constantly falls out. It also constantly pulls the earbuds to the right side, even if I use the clip. Now, after about 6 months of use, one of the pairs won't stay on. It turns on, tells me how charged they are and then once I start using them to listen to something, they turn off after a few seconds. I purchased the geek squad plan for these, so hopefully I can return them for something else.

Fixed all the issues I had with the first Freedom headphones . Ear fins are much more comfortable.Use the shirt clip!!

Stays in my ears, but only I'm dissatisfied is the battery life, it should be 8 hours or more!

Love the headphones! Sound is great, fit is great, they charge fast, connected easily, the charge lasts a decent amount of time. If that was it, I'd LOVE them. But. The notification voice is unreasonably loud. REALLY loud. I'll be listening to relaxing music while I do homework and out of nowhere "BATTERY 20%" blasts my ears. There is no way to reduce the volume of this notification voice. The normal volume control does not effect the notifications. None of the reviews on here mentioned that or I would never have bought them. Please do your ears a favor and go for another brand. There's a reason these are discounted!

Im not going to beat around the bush here. The headphones do have an awesome sound. WHEN THEY WORK! They would not pair correctly with my phone (PIXEL XL 2) from the beginning. Half the time the media volume would be coming from the phone. My wife said she heard a constant static noise when I tried skyping with her. And NOW only 1 EAR BUD is working. I tried updating them and doing a factory reset per jaybirds guidelines. I've had them for a week since my wife mailed them to me overseas for a Christmas present. Now I am stuck mailing them back home so she can return these garbage.

Everything ok except for the eartips that easily come off. I have had the eartips remain in my ears when I take the ear phones off sometimes. Also could you provide an extra charging clip with the next version?

These are the worst headphones ive ever bought. Any slight movement and they fall out. I even replaced the tips to try different sizes and they don’t stay in. Needless to say these are going back to Best Buy.

The little bag it came in was a great idea and it's so easy to keep on me when working out or just at work.

If you get these you should get the app, its amazing. Best Bluetooth headphones I have ever bought.

The fit and finish seem nice, BUT... My 2nd pair just died. They are definitely NOT sweatproof. The company does seem responsive to warranty concerns.

After multiple Jaybird devices failed within 4-8 months of ownership, I received the following response from Jaybird customer service: "The headset has an average 120-charge cycle, which correlates to 2 years." So, for anyone who uses their headphones everyday, that correlates to 1/3 to 1/2 of a year of use for a $150 device with poor customer service and followup. They offered me 30% off my next device. Buy a Bose.

Unfortunately, i have had these for about 2 months. They worked great the first couple of weeks but then a lot of problems occurred. The right side is lower volume than the left. The Mic battery pod is so heavy that I am constantly putting them back in my ears. i have changed the tips twice already and nothing works. Overall a poorly designed product.
