    I bought these to use for running in addition to my X3’s. I had my phone in my pocket, and the signal started cutting out within the first 2 minutes of use. This continued to happen throughout my run. I returned these promptly, and I’ll opt for another pair of X3’s.

      We are sorry to hear that you're having connectivity issues with your Jaybird Freedom 2. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will get you taken care of to improve your experience.

      Kindly try a Factory Reset. Here are the steps:

      1. Turn headphones off
      2. Put in Pairing mode (hold middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, ""Searching for your Music Device"")
      Headset will flash red and green
      3. Do Reset (double tap the power button)
      Headset will flash Orange 3 times
      4. Delete Bluetooth profile from phone
      5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.

      Test out the headphones and let me know if you’re still having issues.

      1. Try a different music app
      2. Disconnect audio sources, other bluetooth and 3rd party apps; delete earphones from the Bluetooth list
      3. Try different audio sources/phone (other brands, other OS versions)

    Not what I expected for reviews that I read. I tried all the sizes and couldn’t get the buds to stay in my ears with exercises.sound was not of expected quality. I returned and purchased a pair of power beats wireless and they outperform this product in all aspects.

    Ear covers are uncomfortable. None of the cover sizes fit well, and they constantly fall out. If you can make them stay in, the string is so tight you cannot really move your head. Also, Bluetooth distance is terrible.

      Kindly try these suggestions for the connectivity:

      1. Move earphones to audio source (i.e. phone, laptop)
      2. Try a different music app
      3. Disconnect audio sources, other bluetooth and 3rd party apps; delete earphones from the Bluetooth list
      4. Try different audio sources/phone (other brands, other OS versions)
      5. Reset *

      1.Make sure your buds are powered off.
      2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.
      3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

      NOTE: When you reset your buds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to repair your buds to your Bluetooth device.

      Some apps will have their own EQ settings and it is worth checking that these settings don't conflict with what you are trying to set up in Jaybird App. Get in touch with the music streaming app for details on how to access their EQ settings, most will be through the Menu option.
