Have been a Beats fan for years: Was skeptical about trying Jaybird... But to my surprise? I loved my new Jaybirds. Great buds. Love the equalizer on the jaybird iPhone app.

The sound is good. The ear piece is easy to come off and stuck in to my ears and it is very hard to remove it out. I am not happy this product. I have to return it back to BestBuy.

I have small ears so if they are not over the ear or directly in my ear the quality of the music won't be good at all. With the Jaybirds they are directly in my ear and the quality and construction of this product is awesome. Plus you can customize how you hear the music with its own app. The best headphones I have EVER owned!!! Way better than Beats by Dre.

The sound coming through on these headphones was awesome. And I never have a complaint about somebody not being able to hear what I’m saying through the microphone. Free product!

These buds have great sound. I bought them for my husband but he didn't like that they had to go deep into the ear canal to hear the bass. Ended up exchanging them for the SoundSports.

All and all very satisfied with the head phones. Only negative is the battery life. You have to fully charge battery if you plan on using it continuously for more than an hour and a half

Great headphones and should get five star except for HORRIBLE proprietary charging device. Lost it and and no response from support. Useless without it. Should utilize on of universal charging options like 99% of other devices.

I like the length of the wire. The sound is great. Small rechargeable battery to take along is a plus. One thing I didn't like is once in a while it kept falling out of my ear.

I tried Jaybird X2 and freedoms as well as Beats and the Bose were overalll better for music and talking. I use them in the gym, golf course & conference calls and no static or background noise. They are durable and don't stick to your neck or clothes and are comfortable wearing for hours! easy to pair and great wireless headphones for the price! I did use my Best Buy vouchers so it was an inexpensive purchase for me. I highly recommend

This was a great buy for Black Friday as I was looking for wireless bluetooth headphones that sounds great, works great, but wasn't expensive. Headphones and buds are one of those purchases that can be impulsive and you end up with too many, so I really had to think this one through. I ended buying three for christmas gifts, but delivery from Best Buy took way too long, but not their fault due to backlog from USPS.

The earbuds are great I love the sound quaility of them. The only thing bad about them I still haven't found that perfect fit for my ear. Making it a little uncomfortable after long use.

The sound is clear and sharp. They stay put when either in the gym or cycling on the trails.

They feel comfortable and sounds perfect once you download the app to adjust the sound.
