Very loud and comfortable earbuds. Had one earbuds go out after almost a month but best buy exchanged them with no trouble. So far the last 2 months they have worked great.

Sound is ok but somewhat flat even with app. Getting the earbud to fit was a major challenge and will say once in they seem to be very well held in. Haven’t tried them at the gym yet but should work for that purpose.

I knew if I started my shopping at Best Buy, I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. There's always help available and if anyone has the item in stock, it's Best Buy!

They have the best audio quality of all the headphones I've owned. Super clear and good gain range. Can't go wrong. Plus I really like Jay bird quality in general.

Heard good things about Jaybird and figured they were worth a shot for 50 bucks. For the price the sound quality is solid. Fins aren’t the most comfortable, however.

I went into Best Buy to get a certain pair of wireless headphone. The knowledgeable salesman, showed me his the pair I had wanted were not the best choice for my needs. He recommended the Jaybird Freedom F5, and I'm so glad he did. They are absolutely perfect for my needs, and sound quality is the best. The memory foam earbuds make them noise canceling. I have already highly recommended them to many of my friends

Much like others on here, I ordered these earbuds for my son on the Black Friday sale. Read several positive reviews and the price was definitely right. Price was the only positive thing about it though- the fit sucked, wouldn't hold a charge and that's if I could get it to turn on at all. When the volume was turned up max I could still hear outside noise and tbh, I've gotten better sound out of a pair of Skull Candy earbuds bought at a Wal-Mart checkout. I wish I could say I was exaggerating.

I've had other jaybirds before and found they kept falling out of my ears during workouts. I took a risk with these because I had a huge deal. So, these don't fall out like the old ones, but can get uncomfortable quick. These don't come with the over-the-ear attachment which might have helped with not having to secure too far in my ears. Maybe it's just my ears. Sound and connectivity is excellent though. You might have better luck than me. If you find a good deal like me they are worth it.

Great wireless head phones for just hanging out and relaxing. But if you go somewhere noisy or loud like the gym. The volume won't go up loud enough to drown out the noise.

Good for running on the treadmill on the gym. It made my life easier by not having to deal with the wired ones anymore. Easily connected to the phone bluetooth.
