They are super comfortable and really lock into your ear. They are comfortable for long time use as well. These simply are not. They have various tips you can change out and none fit right. They boast water resistance which I think is a really cool idea. They just are not comfortable for me, so I returned them for another pair of Bose. The Bose were actually cheaper too.

The free app allows you to customize the sound. However, after the first day or 2 of working the app I quit using it just because it was a waste of time trying to fine tune. The battery life is great but the extra weight can drag on your ear and get dislodged from your ear.

Not meeting the expectation
