earbuds have great sound for music, but a little bit of an echo for calls. all in all a good purchase.

Girlfriend seems to love them so far ! Got them as a gift and haven’t tried them out myself .

I wanted to love the Jaybirds but I mainly use them while running and working out, and they wouldn't stay in my ears for more than 2 minutes straight. It was very frustrating so I just had to return them. Maybe they don't fit everyone, which is totally fine. The sound quality was excellent and I highly recommend it if you're solely using it for sound.

These earbuds are simply the best I've ever heard! Unlike Beats, the focus is in midrange and treble, rather than bass. That is my preference when using these. I think the only way to get better sound is to be present at, and listen to, live performances. Yes, I absolutely LOVE this product!

These are great they are easy to pair and full functionality. It comes with lots of different combinations to get the correct fit you want. The sound is awesome! The only thing that somewhat bothers me is the fact that you can't go far at all before the connection get interrupted but I think that's just Bluetooth in general. All around great for the price. Better than the yurbuds Bluetooth. The material is great. Not plastic!! Big plus!

I've been buying Jaybird headphones since they have came out and this is a very good update. Is there a lightweight small and have a terrific sound. The only thing I dislike about him is the heavy battery pack on The Wire, but it isn't that noticeable I just wish it wouldn't be so big.

As much as I like these headphones, the quality of buttons are questionable. Within a month and a half of usage, the talk button doesn't click anymore. Its like the spring mechanism failed. Lucky I was an Elite Plus and was able to take it back for Best Buy to exchange it out. I then added the 2 years protection for peace of mind. The headphone itself is very good. Just don't lose the proprietary charger, that's the biggest con of this headphone.

The sound is very nice 5 star on the sound , range is also a 5 star. What i don't like is after a phone call which sometimes comes through my iPhone 6 plus instead of the headphones, which then I have to get my phone out and switch back to music manually after said phone call. Ive always bought Plantronics products and they switch between music and calls seamlessly.

Wife got these for me for Christmas. Took them with us on our annual trip to St Martin. Small pouch fit in my jacket pocket. Easy to charge, easy to use. Single charge lasts for several hours (4 or 5). Once paired with my phone, had a great time listening to audiobooks on the beach.

These have to be one the best sounding in-ear headphones on the market due to the fact that the application it's accompanied with give you the ability to customize the bass, mids, and highs for a custom sound profile. Unfortunately the sound alone, along with the great customizable ear tips doesn't work when the thing keeps breaking. I've had to return two pairs in just under a week. I decided not to bother replacing the second pair because of how highly unreliable they are. The first pair worked fine until the right ear went out completely after 4 hours of use. The second pair worked great for about 4 days until the microphone gave out in the middle of an important business conversation. My general overview: Great sound, when it works. Unreliable. I cannot recommend these to anyone.
