Greatly disappointed

I loved the sleek look and color, the extra charger, and the sound was good. I had the jbirds for less than a month before they stopped holding a charge. I bought the warranty (thank goodness) and the sales associate informed me that jbird has NO MANUFACTURING WARRANTY! ZIP, zero, nada! These Bluetooth head sets are $150.00 WHY would there be no warranty? So I had to REPAY for a warranty. If I would not have paid for extra warranty I would have been stuck with a pair of $150 headphones that did not work properly or hold a charge. The old brand did not do this nor did the new brand I bought. I was able to replace them if anything went wrong with the sets, no problems. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER JBIRD PRODUCT AGAIN!
