Great headphones... will never be said about these. Battery problem, won't hold charge. Should have been fixed but was not. They never worked once without clip. charge me is the only sound coming out of them. Online reviews all state this problem. Thanks. Should have read earlier. Returning them tomorrow

They have great audio but the in-line microphone weighs the cord down to one side.

When using for phone calls. Receiving end cannot hear you well... broken up words...can you hear me now?? Nope

These have great sound quality and you can download an app that lets you adjust the sound, very loud clean sound. Downside is that it fits weird in the ears, plugs up ears too much and can’t hear the outside world. I did put them in the washer by accident and they work like if they were out of the box.

I got these for myself, after a few days I got another one for my brother's birthday gift and then I bought others for my sister's Christmas gift, because everyone was in love with my headphones!! It’s a big deal for a Jaybird headphones!!

Worked great for 2 full charges after Christmas now cannot get to power up

Great sound,but left ear peace fell apart , don’t know if it was defective

Only issues I have is the weigh, battery life and not so much noise canceling

It's a bit of a pain to get the sound to perfection with the app, but it's totally worth it. Once you found what fits you, there really isn't a better pair of earbuds out there, and the sound can get very loud without needing to max out the volume

I will hopefully be returning these if I can. There is an annoying lady that yells at you when you turn on/off the headphones and every 20% the battery life dies. The battery only seems to last an hour, at most. You have to download an app to fully pair the device to your phone or iPad. It’s just awful

These Jaybird Freedoms are a home run! These were bought as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves them. Highly recommend taking time to go over the multiple fit option and then downloading the app for some mind-blowing EQ sounds options.
