Love the sound. Quality seems high. App is clever. Wanted to love them. But they simply would not stay put in my ears. Constantly felt like they were about to fall out. Seal in ear broke constantly too. Tried all the inserts and sizes. No luck. Returned them to Best Buy.

Purchased these after returning the Bose Soundsport because they were a little too bulky in my ears. After going from the Bose, these sound tin-like. They lack the low end of the Bose. These are great in terms of fit in ear and feel very light when used at the gym.

I loved these headphones the first few times, but ....... I'm not sure what happenedl. It cuts out when I'm bike riding and my phone is hooked to my waistband. It doesn't make sense when they are within range. I haven't had an issue when running, so I'm hoping that it was a fluke. I'm worried that they were a mistake.

I am a average user of in ear headphones(workouts only 4 times a week),so I was surprised that these only lasted 11 months before they gave out. Very disappointed, the pairing nor were the directions were not user friendly. Went and got Bose,so far so good!

Another great pair of headphones from Jaybird. Upgraded from the Blue Buds X. Only issue is these don't stay in your ear as well as the X's did. Took some time but I think I finally have a wing/earbud combination that works with them when I run. The control unit is a little weighted and can cause that side of the earbuds to fall out.

The sound is great on these but I have issues with the fit. The control box is heavy and you constantly fell it tugging on your ear. The only way to fix this is to wear over the ear. If you are a runner, the sweat will funnel straight into your ear :(

I bought two pair. One for me and one for my brother for Christmas. My pair didn’t work very well so I returned them...the second pair is working perfectly. My brother loves his and has no complaints. Of note: the Limited Ed ones don’t come with “memory foam” ear buds, only silicone. For that, I gave them a

I returned these. They fit my (very small ear canal) ears well enough, but there was so much "noise" from the cord rustling, that it was distracting. Music and voices sounded good, if I was holding still, but if I was moving (walking, not even running) it was kind of like a dull white noise in the background.
