They had amazing sound especially with the jaybirds app but the freedoms no longer connect to the app and the charger disconnects even though it is clipped on. Great buds for the first few months of use

These are great for being able to listen to music and take calls hand free. They work well if you're out riding your bike and provide better sound than any of the headphones I tested them against.

It is very good. Comfortable in the ears but the sound quality is kinda flat

I purchased the in-ear headphones on a Black Friday sale. They are wonderful! They provide excellent sound quality and easily connect to both my tablet and cell phone. This is a must buy.

Best Bluetooth headset that I've purchased to date.

I like everyone else have tried every bluetooth headphone on the market and since these were jaybird I thought these were gonna be different. The sound was awesome, but heavy on one side because of the battery no matter how you wear it. The main next is that I purchased these with the best buy warranty plan as precaution and next you know I had to swap these out every two weeks after the four time I gave up and went back to wired. Each time I swapped it, it was for a different issue. The reason why I swapped them so much is to give the company the benefit of the doubt but in this case no.

I'm totally satisfied with my jaybird freedom they're my best company right now, I carry them everywhere just charge them in the morning and ready for my day! Awesome battery life and rich clear sound

I've had several Jaybird headphones, and many of them have shorted out on me. I sweat alot, so that may be why, but I've always been able to return them to either Jaybird or Bestbuy no problem. They all sound good though.

It’s keep falling off when I use it for jogging. Needs better ear support.

Looks great light weight sounds great. It's pretty pricey for the item but you definitely pay for the quality and the namebrand. Only con would be the charger. It uses an additional piece to connect to a micro usb. It's more of a hassle to carry an additional item to charge but it does give an additional charge

The sound quality is good and it lasts a while. Charging cradle is kind of strange but works. I am returning them to get some true wireless headphones though. The control and charging being on just one side through a the balance off a little.

Purchased theses after my beats2 earbuds got crushed and ended up returning them 24hrs later. I felt like they were constantly falling out, the sound quality was like a tin can, and the battery life was poor. I ended up exchanging for a set of beats3.

Audio quality is lacking. Bt connection has a tendency to fall in and out.

Picked them up on a whim and I’m glad I did. The sound quality is great. If you’re a tech person they have an app and you can adjust the sound quality on your headphones which is cool.

The sound quality is very good and they are pretty good mood canceling headphones. I ended up returinig because I couldn’t get a good fit using the adjustments provided. As long as the fit is good I think they are a solid option.

The sound quality and time without recharging is great. My only issue is that the earbuds and the "wings" will fall off over time. They jut slip off. Thus far I have "lost" them at least ten times, but I seem to find them in the general area of my use. I have been lucky. I would recommend buying extra earbuds.
