I was between this brand and another more expensive brand. The employee in the store recommended these. I'm glad I listened to him and saved $100. The battery life is good too. I have worn them over 3 hours without having to use the backup battery or plug them in. The cord is a good length. I can hang them around my neck without fear of loosing them. The only bad thing is the silicone ear tips fall off easily.

They sound great but they come off my ears from time to time

I am not satisfied with this product. I will return it.This connect with my old iPad 2, but it does not connect to my new iPhone Bluetooth, and it is very uncomfortable.

These headphones stay in place well when at the gym or out biking. Solid sound too.

Purchased the Jaybird Freedom wireless earbuds as a replacement for my existing Sony Extra Bass wired earbuds. They had clear good sound for what I did hear. The first problem was they wouldn't charge past 20%, customer service after a full day got back to me and told me to perform a total reset. After they did charge, the next problem was they wouldn't connect to my Ipod, once again customer service waited another full day and told me about a specific sequence for connecting them. The last problem was audio stuttering where the headphones would stop and start the sound continually. At this point, I contacted customer support on the phone and they were very casual in their response to have me take them back to Best Buy for a refund. This all took place in a total of 9 days. When I returned them to Best Buy I was given the utmost consideration, support, and professionalism by the person in customer service. There was no pushback to return the earbuds and the customer service professional was not only understanding but genuinely wanted to know about my experience. Great job Best Buy, Jaybird I would definitely stay away from at all cost.

You're able to change the sound feedback through the app, no other earbuds are able to do that.
