Jaybird rep said these headphones are not intended for heavily athletics, which is odd because they are sponsored by triathletes, the Olympic team, etc. I am a marathon runner and these went out on me 3 times, each within a month. If you are looking for something to wear around the house or for light activity, these are for you. If you intend to use these for working out, good luck. I went back to the x2, which I highly recommend. I have a pair of x2's that have lasted for over a year and still going strong. Buyer beware
