Sound is excellent. You cannot hear any outside noise. And the headphones stay on even when I’m running. Liked it so much I got a pair for a friend for Christmas.

Earbuds came uncharged out of the box no big deal. Charged them for a few hours tried to turn them on nothing no power. Only way I got them to turn on was with the small charger they come with. Sound was good I liked the app it recommends to get you can change the sound to your liking. For the price I was disappointed, returned not sure if mine were defective or just broken from out the box. Earbuds wouldn’t hold a charge had to be plugged in for them to turn on major problem. when plugged in to the provided “battery/charger” one side get heavier than the other which may make earbud fall out of your ear.

pro: sound is awesome, stand by last for awhile, play time is about 4 hours, a lot of different ear pieces for different people, easy to use controls. con: all the weight is located off your right side wires have a tendency to gather and pull from the right. only reason i don't give 5 stars is because of the wire pulling, when I am at the gym and have a constant pulling sensation on the back of my neck it is distracting. still less clunky then my LG and stays on when i lay flat or doing sit ups

Had the beats2, here's an honest comparison. Beats sound better but break easily, poor build. Jays are kinda like Bose as they focus on clarity and highs, no real thump or base. Beats were comfy but not something you can wear for long periods of time. Jays on the other hand felt like I wasn't wearing them which was a plus. Jays however have a weird charging base that feels like it weighed heavier on one side. Could be psychological but all in all I go Jays. Plus, beats have a 1 year apple care warranty and will not accept Best Buy's warranty. This is a huge plus for Jays, Geek squad will provide extended warranty for Jays.

I ordered online, received them a couple of days later and I’m very pleased. The little wings are confortable, nice sounds. So far I’m happy with the purchase.

Very happy with this purchase. I use this item for 8 hours a day, purchased it 4 weeks ago and it seems to be holding up very well. The sound quality is pretty good and the ability to adjust the sound to your preferences using the app really makes the difference.

These are great headphones. The sound quality is great. The design is simple and not clunky like other wireless headphones. I could not fit them to my ear with the different size buds and earpieces. I know others who have these, though, and they have no problem.

These are great. The sound is great and they haven't fallen out yet. Took a bit to find the right size earpieces but after that they fit great and don't hurt

The jaybird are a great price and value. They stay in ear and has great sound. The bass are good and has an app where you can adjust the sound to your taste.

The Jaybirds are very comfortable, and the best part. The sound is custom to you. With the app you can change how much base you want, or the highs of lows.

It was easy to pair these with iPhone. Sound is good. However, I did not like the feel of the earbuds or fins. I couldn't adjust them to properly stay in my ears and constant adjusting was irritating.

Use them while on my bike work great even with just a half helmet on, granted battery does die after like 3 hours but I do have my volume up all the way so understandable. Very happy with the product.

Easy setup and excellent sound quality. Comfortable and wire sits nicely on the back of my collar, so i can take the buds out and put them back in easily.

These earbuds are perfect. The price I got them for were even better. The sound great and stay very well in my ears. I totally recommend these to anyone.

I can only wear one of the ear plugs...they are the kind that you squish with your fingers and they get small enough to put in your ear, then they expand to fit your ear exactly. Those are the only ones that work in my ears and they were included. Perfect!!

If your not that into music or whatever and don’t want to spend a lot of cash on ear buds then these are the ones for you. Solid and comfortable for Bluetooth. Not all that great in a gym atmosphere with background noise but again you can’t beat the price.

I got this for my son and he loves it. It had the best quality sound and multiple adjustment features. It fits nicely in the ear and great for workouts.

First off, I was unsure about these earbuds until I finally found the right fins and tips. Before that it felt like they would fall out of my ears but now they stay in tight and don't move. And they are even more secure when I secured the chord in the clips provided. Sound quality is fantastic. The mobile app that you download free works great and makes it to where you can customize the sound profile to exactly what levels you want. I have used the X2s for a while now and if you are an X2 user it does take some adjustment. If you are worried then wait for the X3s but I have come to really like these.

These headphones are comfortable and have great sound, I love how I can control the tone from an app on my phone to the settings that work best for me!

I like the quality of sound which is full and deep, but would prefer a little different system of recharging the earphones. This set has a small piece that attaches for recharging. Still, no problem in getting it done, just another piece to deal with.
