Great sound quality, but I lost them and found them more times than I care to count. They are so lightweight that they kept falling off, if not in my ear. I ended up returning them.

It is a nice concept having the detachable extra power source but because of the position of the source it causes the headphones to sag to one side more than the other. At first it was okay but now its a bother and I haven't used them in weeks.

Purchased as a gift for someone and they’re perfect - he uses them at work and at the gym. Headphones last all day so he doesn’t have to worry about the battery running out.

I already had the Jaybird X2 earphones, so wanted to check out the "latest and greatest". I agree with other reviewers, the in line mic/battery is a bit offputting and the feel in ear is a bit odd. Overall I'd go for the X3 or the Beats by Dre.

Took a few tries with the different size wings to get the right fit. Side with speaker is heavy and pulls. Sound isn't wonderful but better than others I've tried. I don't have people complaining they can't hear me when I make a call on them.

It was a little difficult getting the Bluetooth to connect, I have several other Bluetooth devices w/o any problem. I, personnaly, didnt care for the ear buds...the sound was so-so and the buds never felt right. I returned them.

Decent headphones. However, ear bud tips fall out and are easily lost. I replaced them with the cushioned tips and had the same problem. Also, I don’t like the fact that you need to remove the right headphone to answer a call.

Purchased these for my college son that plays baseball. He loves them for his workouts. The ear pieces fit good and the strap makes sure he doesn't lose them while running.

Have super small ears, and these fit perfectly without feeling too big or too loose. Comes with plenty of options for any other type of ear as well. Battery goes on and on and on.

I had bought these for my girlfriend. 6 months later they won’t charge properly, they will only charge to 20%. Wouldn’t recommend. I would rather invest in powerbeats.

These headphone had subpar sound quality and terrible battery life unless you attach the huge battery pack on it which is uncomfortable. Returned this and got AirPods.

These are great----a friend requested them for Christmas and there they were!! So easy and can always rest assured Best Buy stand behind their products!! Great gift!!

II have tried the Bang & Olafson along with Bose and others. These headphones are the best by far. The equalizer app allows total freedom in contouring the sound to your liking.

I had trouble keeping these in my ears when working out. I don’t recommend buying these to work out with. The sounds quality is good and they are great for using them for anything but working out.

Absolutely love these headphones!! Tried many wireless but nothing I have found compare. They actually stay in when I am working out and the sound quality is second to none!!!

Lot of unnecessary hype given to the product. bought two.. but returned after using them for 2 weeks. Remote is very heavy and buds wont stay.. you have to adjust them a lot and forget about working out with them

So many choices on the type and size of the earbud, you can't help but find one that fits. My only "complaint" is that the tips can come off easy. The sound is amazing!

I bought the headphones for my son. He absolutely loves them. They did accidentally go through the wash, (luckily not the dryer) and thank goodness they still work.

Have used these in multiple trips and outings. Super easy to charge and use! Comes with a nice bag for storage, carrying. Highly recommend

Black Friday purchase because it was a good price. Became a item I use daily, very useful as it connects to multiple devices at same time.
