Buyer Beware!!!

Now granted, the companion app makes these headphones sound a lot better, but I can't enjoy my music because the things won't even stay in my ear! I've tried every fitment combination and nothing seems to work. And using the charging dongle makes it worse. 10/10 would never buy again.

Partially my fault for listening to everything full blast, but will likely never buy this brand again unless I tested prior to purchase. Not sure if it was even worth the Black Friday discount price. Maybe some setting needs to be adjusted in my i phone, but I've tried and had multiple friends assist. No cigar.
